They ran out of chocolate sauce and instead of waiting until it was replaced the young lady made mine without enough sauce. When... I said I didn't want it I'd take a frozen lemonade instead, they didn't have that either so I waited for them to restock. Whenthey did they not only made me wait while others who came after me got their chocolate shakes before me and they were madecorrectly. She purposely made mine the same as before. When I said I didn't want it 3 other crew members tried to convince methat is how it should look. If they spent more time restocking and servicing customers instead of inthe corners on cell phones Iwould not have had to ask for my money back.
