They ran out of chocolate sauce and instead of waiting until it was replaced the young lady made mine without enough sauce. When... I said I didn't want it I'd take a frozen lemonade instead, they didn't have that either so I waited for them to restock. Whenthey did they not only made me wait while others who came after me got their chocolate shakes before me and they were madecorrectly. She purposely made mine the same as before. When I said I didn't want it 3 other crew members tried to convince methat is how it should look. If they spent more time restocking and servicing customers instead of inthe corners on cell phones Iwould not have had to ask for my money back. I have never been to a bad Chick-fil-A ever... They are always awesome and respectful Restaurants. Go there twice a week because... the food is excellent, great staff. My family has never had a bad complaint. Always happy to go to any location. Read more
Very frustrated and disappointed in my experience here. After explaining that I cannot eat anything breaded, i ordered a salad... with grilled chicken. As I was eating my salad, I found numerous pieces of friend breading and breaded chicken in my salad. Atfirst I thought maybe it was a mistake, but the amount that i found coupled with the fact that I found it mixed in makes methink it was done intentionally. In 2018 when food allergies are rampant, I find it shocking that this would occur. I ended upthrowing the salad away. Read more
