The only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is because of the serving staff and bartender. (Management needs to take a course on... Management of a restaurant.) I waited 1hr 30mins after ordering and closing out and tipping the full 20%. Because its nottheir (bartender and service staff) fault. They did offer complimentary beverages and additional food. Which is nice, which wedidn't accept. Watched as other parties of 2 were getting served their food after us, all we ordered was a hamburger andbowl. Management, figure it out or you guys will go out of business when the restaurant next to you opens. This was a totallack of managerial prowess. Hopefully someone takes our food home and has a good meal, because they(serving staff) deservesit. Lost a customer. You're welcome for the 5 stars. Read more
Update 4years later and the service & food are still outstanding ???? Love that the food taste just as good every time. Service... and Food was outstanding. Our waitress was very friendly and the food we ordered (table side quac, tripple dipper, salmon +mash) was out quicker than ive ever experienced it at any Chilis....and it was delicious! Server was a little rude honestly and did not seem like he wanted to be there. Food came out fine, but then they started... bringing us the food for some other table which we had to keep refusing. It also took forever to find our server and get thebill as there were two self pay machines on our table and neither was linked to our table. This ended up making us late for ourmovie. Read more
Been here three times. Been to chili's averaging ten times a year since 1993. Never had a bad experience until I moved to this... area four years ago. This restaurant sucks. Not easy to find. Parking spaces are all compact size. Order has never beenaccurate whether front or back of house errors. I don't trust them. They can't cook to order, so why offer? Waiting staff istoo busy to take my payment so why is the tablet(downfall of chili's) asking what I want to tip? Waiter-esses only ever greetme, take my order and prepare my drink that only the bartender should have touched. And, never deliver food. Huh... So tonightmy big expensive burger was missing a topping that wasn't in stock and was not cooked as ordered. Fries were not crispy, norhot, and had about two grains of salt per fry. As a pescatarian, I will say I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos! The salsa and chips here are so addicting, I almost got full... just off of those! Their drinks aren?t too strong or too sweet either. Everything was perfect during our visit! My friend lovedher honey-chipotle chicken crispers as well! And the service was 10/10 overall. Read more
So far so good. I was not.impressed with the path to get here, the road has no turn in... but that's FL fault, not Chili's. The... bartender, Nina, is super friendly and attentive. For some reason, at this location, there is no host/hostess at the entrance and you could be waiting for a couple minutes for... them to finally come up to you. The Santa Fe grilled chicken salad is great only because of the dressing and avocado; however,the chicken clearly is not fresh. It never has been for all the years I've had this salad in most Chili's locations. You cantell that their chicken is a bit rubbery. Personally, I'd rather replace the chicken with grilled shrimp. The fajitas tastebetter and the chocolate chip skillet is good. Read more
Food tastes good but for bowls quantity is less.. we ordered shrimp tacos, chipotle shrimp bowl.. The biggest problem is the... route to this restaurant.. You see chili's board in bright light but there is NO ROAD to access the restaurant. You have to takeright turn way before some 50 meters and access the Service road to reach this restaurant.No sign boards specific forchilis. Plenty of parking space since not many people reach to that dead end. It's the end of road.. if they made a direct wayfrom Bruce B Down that will be good and that's how a restaurant path should be.
