I go to Chipotle at least twice a week and this one is by far the messiest I've ever been to. The burrito wrapper slides across... the prep counter that is covered in bean and quac mush. Quality of this place fell off HARD in the past few months. Staff seems to go out of their way to give you as little as... possible, ignore double protein orders, and ensure ingredients arent distributed in burritos. With the huge chipotle pricehikes twice this year I cant rationalize spending $12+ a burrito here with increasingly terrible outputs. Read more
I got one of the burrito bowls with the new guajillo steak, and I enjoyed it except for how fatty the steak ended up bein--too... much fat/gristle. And their guacamole is saltier than I remember. Not the best food experience, but OK. Read more
I've been coming here for yearsand usually have good luck. Last week I stopped by and ordered the sofrito. While I was eating, I... found a chunk beef in the sofrito. I love how easy it is to get your food at this chipotle and how clean it is, my food is always right which is super great.... However, there is an employee with a quite large confederate flag tattoo on her arm and I?m shocked chipotle doesn?t ask them tocover it or provide them a longer sleeved shirt. In this day and age and with how ?progressive? chipotle tries to be I?m shockedthey would allow such an offensive display on one of their employees, especially a staff-member who works front of house. I don?t know what happened to this place. Within the past 2 weeks it has deteriorated quickly. The staff barely gives you any... food anymore. I literally saw the bottom of my bowl cause it was so empty. The girl making my bowl also kept yawning into theingredients, which is kind of gross. Read more

Everytime I come to this chipotle there is an issue, one staff member in particular goes out of their way to make the customer... experience awful (they are always ringing customers out) ?there was another employee outside who was so hysterical they werecrying to the point of vomiting. This place clearly isn?t being run properly and management isn?t helping the employees orpatrons. Did I mention I mobile ordered my food so I should?ve have even had to go through all this?
