I just wanted to take some time to recognize Vanessa. She is such a beautiful spirit and such a pleasure to interact with every... single time our paths cross. I work in the mall so I frequently get food from the food court and every time I see her there I ammore inclined to pick chipotle because I know that not only will the food be good but the short interaction we will share willleave me energized and better than I was before. The world Needs more people like this they are a true treasure so I think shedeserves all the recognition. Not at all the normal experience of a Chipotle Mexican grill. The line is usually long at the store, but it moves at a quarter... of the speed of a normal Chipotle. Staff seems very undertrained to do their jobs. Today I ordered a burrito bowl and asked forfajita veggies and the employee told me they are down toward the end, she meant the salsa and corn. I guess she thinks those arethe veggies, she didn't even realize there was a whole tray of fajita veggies missing. The last two times I've been to the storethey have been out of fajita veggies and guacamole but they do not let people in line know that they are out of these items.Some people just come to Chipotle for the guacamole so I think that is unfortunate. If the line moved faster at the store theywould do more revenue because people walk up and leave because they don't want to wait and there are plenty of other options atthe mall. Staff also seems unhappy if you come to get a refill for your drink because they feel like they are doing somethingextra that they shouldn't have to. Poor experience. Read more

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. There were many staff standing around, not helping the customers. I don't know... if there was something wrong with the grill. It took a while to place my initial order for a bowl with rice and chicken but thanmy meal sat there while staff went back and forth and not finishing my order. Eventually, it was finished up. I don't know ifall the men were being trained or what was going on. There was lady that seemed to maybe be taking online orders and gettingthe dishes prepared. I ordered guacamole on the side and there was a bit chunk of guacamole in the cup, not mashed up, and itwas very hard to mash it with my plastic fork. I am not sure if it was frozen. Most of the sodas were not working either. Thefood was good despite the guacamole issue but the customer service was lacking. I took the cauliflower rice bowl and tried their organic lemonade. The food was okay, tasted okay. Nothing too exciting. The... lemonade was a bit tasteless. The prices are quite high for what you get, and the portions are quite small. The ingredients werefresh and they?re non-GMO, and that?s why the 3 stars. Read more

Terrible. Waited in a long line for a veggie bowl. They tell me they don?t have veggies but I can have chicken.... what??? They... haven?t even started cooking veggies. Finally they tell me they?re going to start cooking them and if I want they can leave theticket open and get veggies on the side. So I wait. And Wait. And wait. Finally they give me a tiny cup of veggies... nope. Itell them I?m going to need another one. 30 minutes later I have my lunch. Sit down. Open my bag of chips and there?s less than10 chips in there. That?s what you get in a side of chips, that you pay for, 10 chips. That are also stale. Do yourself a favorand go to one of the other establishments a few feet away. Read more
