DEAR OWNERS AT THS LOCATION, Love the rebuttals from all of your employees including Management however when I get my cheese... curds I would love to accompany them with some marinara sauce so please think about charging us customers for side of marinarato make our experience that much better! You have many locations in Tampa that offer this with their cheese curds it gets prettyannoying when you can't receive what you want when you order! Just realized after I ordered that I was supposed to get freecheese curds with an order of a complete meal yet I only got $1.80 taken off and I was charged $1.80 for them makes no sense forme to give you a coupon that says free if you're not gonna honor it! what a day ! This location is fantastic. The employees are nice efficient and the restaurants clean. Cole versus probably the best compromise... between overpriced burgers and trash McDonald's. The burger itself is at least as good as five guys, without the ridiculousovercharging that five guys does. Five guys has more topping choices and that's about the only thing. By the time you get adrink Burger fries you're probably at half the price of five guys. And this place is almost as cheap as McDonald's for waybetter quality. Read more
Love this place! Their concrete mixers are to die for. They have a huge selection of toppings and the frozen custard is... delicious! They have fantastic employees who are always a pleasure to talk too! Thanks for a great experience each time wevisit! Read more
This location was great. I went through the drive through and service was fast. I ordered, they sent me to a lane where I would... wait for my food. It came out quickly and it was fresh. I was very happy with my order. The food was fresh and tasty. I had noissues with my order. The employees were all professional and can?t wait to go back. Read more
One of the most disappointing locations by far. I have given them 4 tries now to get it right and not once could they even do... that. I understand the store is new and still getting its legs but this is ridiculous! Visit 1: forgot the custard I ordered andI went in to grab it and it was already partially melted and the staff was staring at me like I was insane for wanting my foodthat I paid for. Visit 2-4 all were pretty similar in that they got the orders right but it took them 15-30 minutes to get itout to me and even then the food was lukewarm at best. The 3 lane system would be great if it wasn?t so poorly build andexecuted. Prioritize orders that were there first. To be sitting in any lane at the front of that lane and having 5+ orders whoshowed up after you get their order taken, paid for the food, placed in a lane, and served their food is ridiculous! The managerbrought my food on the 3rd visit and all but dropped the bag because he was in such a hurry. But lets focus on the main issue ofthis visit which really sinks the nail in the proverbial coffin. If you see the attached photo; you will notice the SMASHEDcheese sauce that was allowed to be served to me that soaked into my pretzel bites and made them soggy before I even got to eatthem. We frequent this Culver?s a lot because we live right up the street on Hudson lane. The food is always hot and fresh and I have... no complaints when it comes to any of the hot foods. We mostly come for the concrete mixers and sometimes they are mixedperfectly so there are still big chunks of cookie dough and Reese?s or whatever else we feel like adding in, but other timesthey are mixed so hard it?s more like a milkshake and they come out soupy and blended up where you can?t tell what?s in it. Iwish I knew the schedule of the person who was mixing the concrete mixers so whoever does them right I can make sure to go onthose nights.???? The three star rating isn?t because of that though, because we live up the street we usually bring our dogsand they love the pup cup! However, some nights when it?s a quick run we like to just bring home a pup cup for them and avoid amess in the car. If they are not with us I always insist on paying for them because I totally get that people probably takeadvantage and give it to their kid or something. When I just went on 11/18 I made my usual order and explained the dogs were notwith me but I would like to pay for two pup cups. The person on the speaker kind of huffed and was like it?s fine. Then when Ipulled up to pay, the cashier was super rude and just avoided the pup cups all together and gave me an attitude about my orderbeing specifically two concrete mixers only. Again, I offered to pay and would have been completely fine with paying for twokids cups or something. This isn?t the first time the cashier has been rude to me when going here. She seems like she is supermiserable and I get it, customer service jobs really suck sometimes but I was super nice and I just feel like maybe sheshouldn?t be working as the cashier where so many people are greeted if she?s going to have an attitude all the time.
