WOW!!!! The Deviled Pig's full hog feast made our family reunion special. The catering team was so easy to coordinate with and... they went above and beyond to make our meal happen (we ordered on very short notice). Not only did they arrive on time and setup quickly, but the pig was a real showstopper!!! Thank goodness they offer carving services- we were really able to enjoy thisdinner as an experience. The pig skin crispy and the meat was extremely juicy and flavorful. The sides were excellent androunded out the meal (we got the baked beans, mac and cheese and potato salad- all were phenomenal). On the first visit the customer service was fantastic. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained and... made it order. There was also a employee named Jordan who served with a smile that lit the whole room and checked on us every sooften to make sure everything was perfect. Even brought fresh flowers to the table. Second visit was a little different, theyoung lady at the counter argued about how we wanted things and had a bit of an attitude but the food here is some of the bestBBQ we have ever had. This place is fantastic! They explained the menu and choices since this was our first time. They have fantastic food and the... sauces are amazing! We were welcomed so warmly and they let us put the only tables together they had. We tried all theirdesserts and the smores pizza is AMAZING! TRY IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT! The fried bologna was good, pork, chicken, ribs....can'tgo wrong with any of it. Just good food all around. Their freedom fries....um, wow! The heat was in all of the right places. I, as the BBQ Bandit know good BBQ. Their jalapeño Mac and cheese was amazing. I... got the platter with ribs and brisket. There was an up charge for both but the flavor was there so no big deal. After leavinga $5 tip, my bill was right around $22. Overall, a good value and experience.
