Awful experience. Waited for an hour for food to arrive which I get sometimes that will happen on a Saturday, but food was cold... as if it was sitting out when I finally received it. Then I didn?t receive half of my order, and had to wait to have thatdelivered as well. When I called to request the items the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. I got a handmade pan pizza and it was definitely ot the best. As opposed to the nicely melted cheese from other domino's... stores, this one was barely cooked. The dough was also very soft and you can tell it too was unfinished. It was reminiscent of amiddle school lunch on a friday. If I wasn't on my lunch break from a work site, I would've went back and asked for another. Thereason for 2 stars instead of one is because the staff was at least very courteous and professional. Great ???? pizza ???? the manager cares about the orders going out to be delivered. If a mistake does happen (everyone is... human) the manager is fast to fix. So this makes me very happy to deal with this store. Read more
First time, the pizza tracker said the food sat for 20 minutes before the arrived. This time, the pizza looked like it was... upside down. Hesitant to order from this location again. Updated review: So we gave this dominos another try. I ordered apineapple pizza because I am vegetarian, and a pepperoni pizza arrived. I contacted the store and customer service and nothingwas done. Came here on 10/12/2022 and encountered Stephanie at the register (I believe that was her name). I asked her how long it would... take to make 32 plain wings ASAP. She guaranteed me less than 15 min. She knew the urgency and time crunch I was in. I left togo down the road to run an errand and came back within a 15 min time frame. It was already done and fresh. I want to thank herand tell her manager that she saved the day. The non-profit organization we use to provide hot meals to the homeless from ourchurch forgot to give us protein. All we had was rice and veggies. Stephanie's professionalism and willingness to "make ithappen" on short notice changed the tone of the day. Read more
