I ordered a pizza, it came hot, fast and I was 100% satisfied with it. The 2 stars comes from having forgotten my ranch I paid... for, to me that's no different than forgetting anything else I paid for on the order. Pay attention to details would ya, and noI didn't call and complain because by the time you could bring it the pizza would have been cold so there's no winning thatbattle other than for you to do your jobs right to begin with. They have a "deal" running now, you supposedly get 2 or more medium pizzas with 3 toppings each for 5.99 each pizza if you... carryout. Well we ordered 2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings each and they charged us 8.98 for 1 and 7.98 for the other. Certaintoppings may cost more was revealed after I finished my selections and wanted to check out...unfortunately they don't disclosethat while selecting toppings and even after selecting our toppings they they don't tell you that the ones we selected cost morenor do they reveal which topping cost more while selecting. So, they wanted 16.96 instead of THE ADVERTISED 11.98(5.99 x2)...so5.00 for toppings??? which toppings? it doesn't say...what a joke. We decided not to make the order and to never order fromDominos. This has always been a good spot. I?ll choose dominoes over most pizza but the last few months, the thin crust is dry and... brittle. Barely any sauce, cheese or whatever toppings I add. This has been the last 4 weeks. I won?t be ordering again. Iassumed maybe the first time was an accident it short staffed but this time is was so dry and like a cracker with nothing on it. Read more
We have been eating pizza at least once a week for many years and we have found that this store is just too worse. Yesterday, we... ordered a pizza and it was somehow skipped the queue. In my tracking in the phone, it was ready, on the screen in the restaurantit was displayed ready and they kept us waiting for a long time. I asked to check how much more time and the manager said itwill be soon in the oven! I cancelled the order and manager started shouting at me saying his mind is already upset so leave himalone. The customer just came before me was given a wrong pizza and came back to return it! This is the 3rd time I have waitedfor more than an hour after their display shows 'Ready'. This place is the absolute worst dominos I have ever been to in any city in the United States. I can even say in the world as I... have visited different locations internationally. Not only do they charge you extra and don?t honor the national coupons buttheir costumer services is horrible. I order pick up and they decided to close down the room (Sunday at 10 pm) and force me togo on the drive thru which would of been fine if the person didn?t just put my credit card on top of the pizza box instead ofhanding it over and we lost our credit card for 10 minutes until we had to turn our car upside down to find it. I went to pick up a medium hand tossed cheese pizza with garlic crust and extra sauce. I receive the thinnest pizza from dominos... I've ever seen, damn near no sauce, no garlic. I waited twenty minutes past the estimated time it was supposed to be done, iliterally watched the dumb tracker say "double checking the order to make sure it's perfecto" and this is what I'm given. I'vehad quite a few similar experiences at this particular store. I'm not ordering from here anymore. I'll stick with the clearwaterstore or papa johns. Read more
Man oh man. One night I had a free pizza with my rewards but I ordered the wrong crust (and my daughter won?t do deep dish).... These guys were so nice and got us sorted in 8 minutes, no questions asked. My daughter is obsessed with Dominoes. Read more
