This place use to be great. It is complete trash now and i have no remorse for saying that. The pizzas we got after they messed... up the first two were atrocious. As in not even shaped as a pizza over flowed with sauce just so bad. And that was after 1 andhalf hours of waiting for two pizzas and wings.. when before this dominoes would have considered that ready in no time and greatlooking pizzas at that, 9 out if 10 times they would get it correct. The employees try their best and the management is down thedrain. I have known this dominoes my whole life and even worked in the plaza myself for many years and i can tell you, do not gohere until it is redone and loved again.. Read more

I ordered online. They charged my card, then cancelled my order for no reason after one hour. I called the store directly to... find out why and to have the payment voided and was placed on a never ending hold. I will have to dispute the charge with mybank in order to get my money back for pizza I never received. TERRIBLE service and I will be contacting the Regional orcorporate manager. You simply cannot treat people this way or have policies that don't properly inform the customer. They willlose a long term customer in me. Read more

Order placed 12:57AM 10/02/22 ????????? ZERO stars. I've given these guys chance and chance again only because the domino's... website won't let me choose a different store for delivery. DON'T waste your time DONT ORDER FROM HERE. They will steal yourmoney! It's been 10 days since I ordered 2 pizzas that I NEVER RECEIVED. ?I ordered before the store closed ?the pizza trackersaid my order was being made ?I recieved a confirmation email AND a receipt for my order ?Pizza tracker immediately showed myorder as delivered BUT NO PIZZAS. I hoped the managers would actually try to fix things but it seems like they don't care. Onemanager told me they closed the store early and went home so orders were being CANCELED. Which must've been a lie. Only becauselast time my order was canceled i recieved an email stating such within 30 minutes of PLACING THE ORDER. I've worked in fastfood and am familiar with POS Systems but I've never heard of this. STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY without so much ad OFFERINGCOMPENSATION. You would think they would just offer to look into the database and send me the order or redeemable coupons.Instead you get the run around! My order was never canceled, delivery was never shut down that night, you guys are terrible andI'm calling and emailing whoever I have to. Read more

Ordered online. Waited 40 minutes then got a call from them telling me delivery would take another 1-1.5 hours. I chose to pick... it up. Once there, the pizza was still in the oven. 2 guys trying to run a Dominoes by themselves. If you can't deliver, DON'TTAKE DELIVERY ORDERS! Magdalena's Pizza will get my business from now on. Never again. I'm not in the bad review business. I let most things slide. But 2hrs waiting for a delivery. Drove to the location... to pick-up the order because they wouldn't answer the phone for 20 mins. Extremely rude staff, offered nothing but excuses withzero apology and no accountability. "Well we only have one driver, so..." So, don't say delivery is 40 mins. Say the delivery is2hrs. Or at least offer a sincere apology. We will never order from here again. Read more

The girl working cancelled my order after trying to call me once. I was calling them right back as she cancelled. I would have... went and picked the order up had she given me the chance to contact her. When I asked for her Corp office contact she told meshe was "too busy" and to figure it out myself. I spend a lot of money with Domino's everywhere and have never heard such a smugremark. People like the girl working at this store are what happened to the service industry. Read more

I used to love this place let me just start with that. I USED to get all of my orders within the time frame of 30-45 minutes. As... of late (I am assuming new management) I ordered two garlic knots and didn't get them for two hours. Tried contacting the storeto cancel on three different occasion. No one answered. Don't trying going the corporate route because you'll answer 32questions many which are duplicates only for them to say they will call you. I USED to be a loyal customer and spoke highly ofthe brand. Ordered online an hour ago, no pizza. Called the store and waited on hold for ten minutes without talking to a single person. I... had this issue with this store before and left. Apparently I need to stick with the competition because Clearly they pay theirstaff better and treat them better. It?s a shame to see a once mighty business crumble and die, but when the customer getstreated this way, all I can hope for is a quick and painless end. Read more
