We arrived 2 hours before closing time. The donuts were stale. As we had looked forward all week to going there on Friday, we... were very disappointed. After about 30 minutes it was obvious that they were trying to get us to leave. Their behavior wasdiscussing. We decided that if we wanted to relax with a coffee on Friday, after a long week, we will go to the Starbucksopening next to this store on Gandy. Read more
UPDATE: The staff have since been able to make the correct order the last few times, so I have increased the rating. Staff has... been incredibly quick getting drive-thru orders done, but at the cost of getting most of them wrong. Can't say for the rest ofthe menu, but do NOT order a chai latte from them, you will get coffee instead of tea every time. Read more
This is the last glimmer of hope for the Dunkin empire. Consistency is great, the coffee is never burnt, flavor always is good.... The store seems a little dirty sometimes, but is extremely efficient and can give good orders to big lines of cars quickly. Read more

By far the better Dunking in the Tampa area. They always have my midnight coffee. If not they make it fresh. Everyone else just... don't have anything but original. They made a mistake and didn't put bacon on my sandwich. I notice when inside with my receiptand Shawn didn't even look at he just took the problem of my hand and made me a fresh one the right way ir blew my mind at otherlocations they have treated me like I was rung about it. Valrico Dunkin on 60. Slime in my drink. Piece of equipment fell in. Had slime inside. Yes I took a drink of slime. It was the... texture of mucos and I actually pulled the slime out of mouth.. Gag...horrible experience!!! I'm sure full of bacteria. Ididn't see it because there was ice in my drink. When I got home and poured out I found it. Read more
