35 minute wait in the drive through only to have them tell me to pull around for my latte. After waiting an additional 10... minutes, decided to go in and ask if my latte was ready only to have them tell me "oh yeah, here it is." Understaffed! The staff thats there is nice and doing their best just don?t expect it to be fast and don?t even bother going... inside. There?s usually only 2-3 people working at a time and they?re expected to run the front, window, and the ice cream? Thisis what happens when understaffed and underpaid employees have poor management.
