If you are a delivery driver, never come to look for anything in this place. They will only waste your time, they never have... anything, they leave you waiting and then they tell you that if you called the customer to inform them that they do not havewhat the customer ordered. They always have a mess and they are very unprofessional... Stay away Read more

35 minute wait in the drive through only to have them tell me to pull around for my latte. After waiting an additional 10... minutes, decided to go in and ask if my latte was ready only to have them tell me "oh yeah, here it is." They ran out of coldfoam and didn't have certain donuts, just an all around poorly run location. Will never be back no matter how convenient thelocation. Read more

Understaffed! The staff thats there is nice and doing their best just don?t expect it to be fast and don?t even bother going... inside. There?s usually only 2-3 people working at a time and they?re expected to run the front, window, and the ice cream? Thisis what happens when understaffed and underpaid employees have poor management. In all honesty, this dunkin sucks. I only come here because it's on my street and sometimes, its the only coffee that I have... time for on my way to work. My order has been made wrong (no flavoring, wrong type of coffee) several times. Likewise, theyconsistently make similar mistakes such as forgetting to give straws, napkins, etc. Additionally, I've waited extra time onmultiple occasions while drive thru worker was having a friendly conversation with the car in front of me. Normally, I wouldn'tcare, but it almost made me late for work, so I figured it was worth mentioning. Read more

On Saturdays I like to thrift shop and often take the thrift store treats. This morning I stopped by DD and I typically go thru... the drive thru but this day I went inside. I ordered a couple dozen assorted donuts and an iced coffee. The guy behind thecounter was nice but I said multiple times that I wanted a large iced coffee and he did a medium and when I told him I keptsaying large he put it in a large cup and added more coffee. It was pretty gross and I ended up throwing it away. But Iappreciated him attempting to accommodate my request. When I ordered the donuts his manager was standing there and he askedthat the other associates help him with the donuts while he made the iced coffee. He made the coffee while the guy behind himkept putting up stickers and his manager walked away to do something else. I was a little taken back that he asked for theirhelp and no one helped him. A different manager, from the Baskin Robbins side saw me waiting and asked did I have my coffee andI said yes and told her that the clerk had asked for help to prepare my order and no one helped him at which point sheimmediately jumped in to help him. (Kudos to her) The store was not crowded I was the only person at the counter and shortlyafter a gentleman walked in and was helped right away. The store was clean and the clerk was kind to me. I just didn't likethat he asked his manager for help and she ignored him as well as the other associates around him. The team dynamics need workas it directly impacts the customer experience. IF, I go back I'll probably use the drive thru but I'm not likely to return. Be kind to your customers but better to each other, you're a team. Act like it!! Read more

The service is slower than usual, took 6-8 minutes to acknowledge our existence while no one was in the drive through either. I... umderstand there are daily processes that need to get done but a simple hello would have been appreciated. I ordered a largesweet tea and it tasted good. Read more
