My first few times here have been great. The staff was quick and nice. My pumpkin spice lattes always turned out... delicious! However, my experience today was very disappointing. There was only 1 car in front of me and it took them 5 mins tomove up. As I pull up to order, the staff member asked me to wait and so I did. I waited about 5 mins and then 3 employeesexited the side door of the building, yelling at some guy on the street. It was extremely unprofessional. I understand thingshappen but there is more than one person working. I had to be at class with doughnuts for my classmates or else I would'veleft. I've had friends tell me this Dunkin' isn't the greatest and I told them my experiences have been great but today made medoubt that. That's why I'm only giving them 3 stars. This dunkin? oh brother. I was shocked when I saw this location has 3 stars since 99% of the reviews are 1. How does that work?... Anyway, there is usually only 1 person working. Working in retail and food I was under the impression that most corporatecompanies require min. two workers to keep it safe and ensure nothing shady happens? Not at this location. They take 1 car at atime, meaning you sit at the drive thru until the person at the window has received everything. This makes it so the workersdon?t have to worry about pace, since whoever doesn?t want to wait 30 min+ will just leave. It?s also never correct. Orderingahead doesn?t matter they?ll wait until you get to the window and still get it wrong. It?s also often filthy which makes sensesince it?s so understaffed. Fantastic employee! Great Service! He must be a manager but I didn?t ask. I honestly lost faith in Dunkin a long time ago? it... seemed like every location I went to shared the same standard of just not caring, in the quality of service, food, AND coffee. Igo as rarely as possible now but luckily I stopped at this one and while thinking ?here we go (rolling eyes emoji)? I placed anorder for my whole family before hitting the road for Labor Day. The employee was working alone which made me even more nervousin placing a big order but he was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. The sandwiches and wraps were all preppedperfectly and my husband and I enjoyed Lattes from Dunkin for the first time in a while! I?m so grateful he was the one to serveus before this road trip. Terrible absolutely terrible we pulled up to the speaker box car in front of us pulls off then it?s our turn we pull up we wait... 5 mins get absolutely no response so we decide to drive off as we are leaving all the workers seem to be hanging out in thelobby pulling their shirts up and just talking looking crazy.
