I ACTUALLY WENT TO BASKIN AND ROBINS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ????????. I WANTED SOME CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM AND IT WAS AT THE... BOTTOM HARD AS A ROCK AND HAD FREEZER BURN IN IT. BUT ???? THE LADY WAS SO NICE SHE SAID DO YOU WANT THE MINT 1 INSTEAD SO ISAID OK AND SHE WENT IN THE BACK AND GOT A BRAND NEW MINT CHOCIOLATE CHIP 1 FOR ME. AND IT WAS YUMMY. Read more

Today 08/20/22 around 12:30pm was a horrible service. I was on drive-thru, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte, they gave me a... iced pumpkin spice. I told them I said Hot. After 5 minutes waiting, looks like they just removed the ice off the drink,switched the cup into a hot drink cup, and my coffee was still cold. Plus they only had chocolate donuts. Last visit to DunkinDonuts, this is why Starbuck will be my favorite place on customer service and quality. Read more
Stopped In to try the new MANGONADA. Took one sip, didn?t taste good at all. Took another sip to confirm my first thought and... couldn?t even swallow it. Had to actually spit it out. It was horrible. I went back and they gave me another drink. Staff wasnice so I give them 3 stars for that. #MangoNONO. What ever the recipe is for this drink, they either had way too much of or notenough of something. I refuse to believe that?s how it was supposed to taste. It was indescribable. Read more
Love Dunkins ???? always fan of their donuts ???? ????. Visited on March 30, 2021 around 8pm. Miss them so much, as I moved to... Seattle from south ????. Happy to eat dunkins in Tampa, Florida. Ordered using the DD iOS mobile app. Super app, amazing UI,easy to place the order. I enjoyed all the donuts and the Cheese toast was yummy ????. Only bunmer was, In the drive throughthe staff said, they were out of Jelly donuts ???????? how sad??? ???? I still enjoyed the rest of the DDs ????. Great experience today at the Fowler/USF area DD. Fresh selection of EVERYTHING, even Munchkins, at 11:40 a.m. on a SUNDAY. Good... job, management. Customer service, 5?, too. The only issue I have with this location: WHAT ENGINEER DESIGNED THE DRIVE THRU &PARKING LOT? AND... How does Hillsborough County ALLOW 1 LANE WITH NO EXIT LANE BESIDE IT?? Totally mind blowing. I did NOT usethe drive thru service & STILL waited 11 MINUTES to get through the drive thru lane to EXIT! ughhhh...frustrating? You bet, butthis Dunkin really does a great job! ???? Read more
Stopped by Dunkin for a Coffee & Ice Cream Sherbet. The facilities were Clean from entrance to the seating area plus the... Restroom. The store wasn?t busy just a couple of people getting their orders to go.
