Under staffed for the morning surge Waited 20 mins for a lox. The staff is working as fast as they can, but are hard pressed... processing mobile takeout, deliveries, and front line. I will probably seek another breakfast option due to the timeconstraints. I would?ve ordered online but the online prices are inflated slightly forcing sides when you don?t want them. Read more
I was greeted warmly upon entering. I let the woman know I had never been in before. She guided me through what I wanted to... order and I received it quickly. When she handed it to me she said, "you're going to love this." She was correct. Everythingabout it was great! The bagel was the perfect texture. The eggs, bacon and cheese didn't taste like they came out of a bag orwere previously frozen like the ones at the big chains. I will definitely be back! Read more
Had a hankerin' for a good asiago bagel and this place didn't disappoint. Got one toasted with cream cheese for me to eat on the... road and one to toast at home for my son. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I knew what I wanted before going inthere, but then saw the hatch chili bagels and almost changed my mind. Hopefully they'll have them on my next visit! Good for a bagel store. My Texas brisket egg bagel was very fresh and tasty. Staff was nice but let me walk away with partial... order without realizing it, not holding it against them as I should have noticed my drink was missing. Banana strawberrysmoothie was refreshing but the paper straw became unusable in a minute. Got a free bagel for signing up for rewards. Couldn'tfind the app in the app store so used the web site. The staff is extremely professional and the girl at the counter is always genuine and friendly! My favorite place for bagel ????... and coffee ??. Good spot. Bagels a little on the small side but always fresh when I get them. Staff is friendly and easy to order. If you go on... a weekend morning you may have to suffer a little wait but that is norm for most bagel spots. Read more
