Stopped in for a quick latte & was pleasantly surprised as the level of customer service! I was greeted by a lovely woman (I... asked her for her name and cannot remember it, my apologies) Aida? Anyway, my latte was delicious as were the 2 pastries myLady-Barista recommended. Highly recommend a RAISE for this Team and suggest you lunch or snack at Einstein Bros Bagels becauseof them. I eat there a couple times a week they have a turkey bacon avocado that I get on cheesy hash brown bagel to die for always clean... staff is very professional and friendly. They have outside seating as well as inside tables great place. Read more
Do t get the grab and go. It?s soggy and pretty gross :/ the sell by date is tomorrow but the cucumber is slimy the tomato is... mush and the bagel is soggy :/ Read more
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Conveniently located inside USF on Laurel Drive. Very clean and friendly service. I love the... 6 cheese bagel with the vegetable egg. They offer several kinds of soups, salads, chips and beverages in addition to their hugeselection of bagels. Try the fresh fruit and berries cups for sure. Highly recommend. Read more
Went here today and totally horrible experience. Ordered coffees and drank nothing but coffee grinds up. See pics? Also was... charged for a small espresso when I asked for a shot of vanilla in my iced coffee. And was not told about the charge. So I paidfor drinks I could not even drink. I called and acting mgr says it?s not, not common for this to happen. And he?s glad we got itall worked out.when he offered no resolution at all. Poor service from MGR or acting MGR I will not be returning here. Read more
They are really sweet here! They go out of their way to make sure you?re set. I was waiting patiently and a gal checked on me to... see what I was waiting for. She stopped what she was doing and got it for me. I really didn?t expect that and I appreciated ittremendously. 10/10 would recommend! Read more
