What a wonderful group of people. We were in the car and called Firehouse on speaker phone. Priscilla took everything we asked... for. As soon as the call ended, both kids said just how wonderful she was to talk to. When we arrived at the store andPriscilla was even sweeter to talk to in person. I ordered my meal using the app and selected curbside pick up because I had my sleeping newborn in the car. Upon arrival, I did... not see any curbside signs for pick up. So I called and Timothy answered and explained they technically don?t have curbsidedespite the apps option. However, he?d be happy to bring my order to me. I was so beyond grateful for his accommodation since Ireally couldn?t get out of the car to get my meal. He didn?t even ask further. Obviously under new management and staff. When you enter a near empty restaurant and order, you don't expect to have to wait 30... minutes only to have your sandwiches prepared wrong. You also don't expect to hear all the apologies they were giving for allthe other many messed up orders from other customers. Read more
