Arrow is extremally accommodating, kind, and helpful. I called to get information about placing a catering order for a tax-free... organization and he went above and beyond and called his General Manager to get more information on the process. Most places Ihave called don't care to get more information but Arrow took the extra time to find out the information and got a new customerwho will place many catering orders in the future, in addition to the one I did today.
