It really doesn't get better than five guys. Yes, the prices have raised - blah blah inflation.. but when you get there.. the... employees WANT to be there, meaning they're treated well and paid appropriately, and the food is QUALITY. Arrow is extremally accommodating, kind, and helpful. I called to get information about placing a catering order for a tax-free... organization and he went above and beyond and called his General Manager to get more information on the process. Most places Ihave called don't care to get more information but Arrow took the extra time to find out the information and got a new customerwho will place many catering orders in the future, in addition to the one I did today. If it wasn't for the tiny lady at the register, and I'm sorry i forgot her name, this would have been 4 stars, but she was so... sweet and welcoming which truly changed the experience. Loved that. I even bought more just to tip her better. Read more
Cons: *The food is just a little pricey (however, the quality justifies the price for sure! They have amazing food and it's... worth paying a little more for what you get). *The wait times are a little absurd (however, again the food justifies having towait the 10 to 20 minutes you always end up waiting to eat). Pros: *The restaurant is clean, sanitary, and practices Covid-19safety measures. *The staff is competent, friendly, accurate, and professional. *The food is always made to order, the portionsare always above and beyond all the local competitors in quantity and quality. Best burgers EVER. Their ingredients are always fresh and the best part is all of the add on items such as pickles, tomatoes,... lettuce, onions etc. are at no extra cost! Their milkshakes are out of this world... my favorite is the cookies 'n cream withthe Oreo pieces!The cajun fries are amazing as well as the regular fries. Keep in mind that 1 order of regular sized fries isenough for two people (they totally over do the portion which is great) This particular location is very clean and has friendlystaff! Read more
