Sadly I had a really negative experience here today. There were only two people working a busy lunch rush just after 12pm so the... line was very backed up and it took 10 mins just to place an order. My salad was terrible, it was a very small portion andlacked any flavor at all. The chicken was watery and the dressing had a strange aftertaste. It looked and tasted like school cafeteria food. I was pretty sad about this because I paid almost $17 for the salad alone. I called and talked to the owner andpolitely asked for a refund. She said the only thing she could is give me 50% another salad on my next visit, no refundpossible. And she said she didn?t know why I was upset because everyone always loves the salad I ordered. Went here for the first time. Prices are fairly high but the food was flavor and seemed good quality. My Pangoa bowl was a tasty... blend of ingredients. (the photo was taken after I took my to-go order across town, so the messy presentation is on me) My onegripe aside from price was I intended to order the bowl with rice. The cashier)(possibly owner) asked if I'd like quinoainstead, and agreed. Didn't realize until I got my receipt that there was an upcharge that she neglected to mention. The food taste better than it look after I stirred it all together. Today was my first time going but it won't be my last.... Firstly, they were all so pleasant and greeted me with smiles. I got an explicit tour of the foods they serve and felt so atease ordering something delicious and vegan. I got the Good Roots bowl with falafel and it was amazing. So flavorful, crunchfrom the seeds and super healthy. I will definitely be coming back often. Read more
I frequent this place on my lunch breaks. I really love the food and outdoor seating. My favorite is the Buddha's satay but $17+... for a burrito, chips, and can of soda is ridiculous. The staff is always very nice and welcoming! Just wish their prices were abit lower Read more
