First of you guys should eat here at Grillsmith, my wife and I had a wonderful dinner, I order the center cut sirloin with Yukon... gold mash potatoes with Jalapeno mac and cheese, my wife had the lime feta chicken. I order my sirloin medium rare and the cooksin the kitchen did not disappoint ???? my sirloin was the perfect pink and my wife chicken was juicy and delicious with theartichokes and Sun dried tomatoes I also had the Mahalo drink, to my surprise it came in a nice glass pineapple cup with mintleaves and chunks of pineapples. Everything was fantastic including our server Dillion this young man was courteous to myallergies of jalapenos he was kind and very professional in all my years of dining in a restaurant i have never had a server asgreat as him. He never forgot to check up on us and he was very attentive and well manner i thought he had been a server foryears at Grillsmith and the manager said he had just started and only been serving for a couple of months, he appreciated thefeedback of his employee and will let the GM know of my positive feedback. Great place for lunch or dinner...date night or a family dinner. We went for brunch/lunch and everyone was happy with their... meal. The service was great! They are still social distancing when seating and they have 2 large patios for dining w/ceilingfans. Read more
I remembered how great the food and service was at this location from a past Yelp event and decided to grab a late lunch... here. They still had their brunch menu available in addition to the regular menu. We started with ahi tuna as an appetizer andI have to say I was impressed. The tuna is fresh, the presentation beautiful and the avocado adds a smoothness to the dish. Wehappily ate every last bite. For our meal we had meatloaf and salmon. The wild mushroom meatloaf is made with beef, veal andpork and the flavor profile is amazing. The mash was good, not great, however it did not effect our happy quotient. The oakbarrel salmon was just perfect. The bottom was crisp and the fish was moist and the glaze was not over powering. I really likedthe cauliflower mash and spinach as my sides. We left our meal very satisfied not just from a food and service perspective, wewere overjoyed to also feel that we received value for our money. Quality food, service and a great price point is definately aplus. I will be visiting here again, I am more than happy to drive the 26 miles to experience Grillsmith Carrollwood. Read more
Service was quick. The patio is nice, it was spacious and not very crowded. The voodoo shrimp was not spicy and extremely salty.... Otherwise, the dish was decent. I did share the saltiness with the manager and she offered an accommodation. It is definitelyworth another try. Read more
Great place to eat and have a cocktail!! I had the Salmon dinner and it was delicious!! Very tender and super hot in... temperature!! Ben was an Awesome server and knows the menu very well!! I was in the mood for steak so we decided to order takeout from here instead of our usual place. I had a delicious and very... tender skirt steak and my wife had the shrimp and crab cake appetizer for her entree. We also shared a Chocolate Decadence tocalm our pandemic stress????. Puppy and we loved it on the cozy porch with plenty of fans, couches and nearby palms. Excellent service from Sandy. Napa Valley... salad with chicken very tasty. Loved their lu.py mashed cauliflower and creamed spinach. Husband liked his fileting the yummybut not overwhelming sauce. French fries good. Our dog Bear liked his hamburger with jasmine rice and the dog bowl of waterthat came without asking for it. Highly recommend it! Read more
Key lime pie was 10 out of 10....it reminded of a dish my mother used to make 40 years ago .. Grill Smith key lime pie is... awesomely balanced with just enough sweetness! Ribs were, for taste, 8.5 out of 10 (to me). , for texture and doneness, 10 of10. Argentine shrimp 8.5 out of 10 ( Basil Rice) 9.5 out of 10...very flavorful and textured. wish I can order a gallon for aparty!
