I've been here a few times. The place is run down, bad part of town and they have yet to get my online order right. The service... is slow and they don't get to making your pizza in a timely fashion. Love this place,eat here 2 or three time a week
Almost every single time the order is wrong. I used to order from this location 2-3 times a week and no longer will due to the... amount of times my order was wrong or missing items. If you try and get the issue resolved its usually a horrible experience dueto the inexperienced staff and horrible almost non existent management team. Read more
Ordered a large pizza w cheesy bread side too. receive it 2 hours later and half the pizza burnt and the cheesy bread as well... mind u I tipped the diver as well to deliver it down the street since I'm sick and needed to feed my kids. Last time orderingfrom here Read more
I understand why this location has 3.9 stars. I ordered a pepperoni, pineapple pizza and an order of boneless wings with Cajun... bread. The pizza was fine, with the exception of too much sauce. The boneless wings had burnt particles on them, a small spill[spot] of buffalo sauce, and burnt Cajun bread. I'll stick to ordering from the Brandon location. Read more
We pre-ordered over an hour earlier than we wanted our order and got our pizza over an hour and a half later than that. Over the... phone the people were courteous and offered to help the situation but overall save yourself the time, order elsewhere if youwant anything in a timely manner. Read more
This particular location is a little hole in the wall. Shoved between two other companies, in a shady neighborhood. The... employees stood outside yelling back and forth, but were otherwise friendly. Quick service and reasonably clean. Food is hotand fresh. Overall, not too shabby. Read more
The customer service at this location is ridiculous. They got my order wrong after I spent $50 on some pizza and made me bring... all the pizzas back to the location to prove to them that they got it wrong. The female manager was rude and blatantlydisrespectful. They hung up on me twice as I informed them that the order was incorrect. If you?re in a low-income area, youshould still ensure your representative behind the counter how better customer service skills.
