Ordered a pizza online, and when I called to cancel it he was extremely disrespectful and even hung up on me.
I called and placed an order the guy who answered the phone took my order and repeated it to make sure that he had taken my... order correctly. He then informed me that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant and asked formy order only to be told that there is no order for me and that I could place an order and wait. I then explained to the cashierthat my reason for calling in the order is because I didn't want to sit here and wait for the food to be made. I stop going tothis particular location once before because each time I ordered food from here there's always something wrong with my order. Never received my order. Called and they said they delivered and rang the bell. I don?t have a doorbell. They must of delivered... it to the wrong address. I walked around the block to all my neighbors, and no1 got my order. When I called they were extremelyrude, refused to refund my card. And hung up on me. When I called back. They picked up the phone and hung up on me again. Whodoes that? I work in customer services for a multi millionaire company. If I would of hung up on someone I would of lost my job.I Ended up driving to this location and demanded a refund. $45 is a lot of money for food. Long story short. I got my refund buthad to jump through hoops to get it. I will never order pizza from this location or from any other hungry howies again. Lost mybusiness. Read more
I have been ordering your pizza for years. Today tried to make my same order as many times. Didnt know what it was and now have... to use a credit card instead of cash. What the hell. Read more
The staff was helpful. The time to make the pizza took a little longer than the register person indicated, but overall the food... was hot and delicious. I shared it with a co-worker and they enjoyed it too. Read more
The pizza here isn't bad, but it's too bready for me. For the price, I can't complain though. But both times I went, the... employees were not wearing masks which is honestly really gross in a pandemic. Read more
Service was nice, didn't wait too long and it was good! & if I must say, I usually throw away my pizza left overs because they... just don't taste the same but this pizza was different. Idk why but it Tasted even better the next day. Read more
