Man, we wanted to love this location, but just can't! The little Spanish girl behind the counter deserves a raise and... promotion! I would hire her in a minute. BUT, the food was awful. Not only was it so greasy we could squeeze out enoughgrease to fry chicken with , but they got the order wrong. We normally go to the one on Kasey Rd and Gunn but we're in a hurry. The food was made at the wrong location and then directions to the other location for incorrect two times and of course the... answer was the person on the phone said that they didn't drive yet so therefore they were not aware of landmarks to the locationand at the very end after an hour and a half of traveling from one spot to the next spot to the next spot I had them give me theexact phone number to the location where I have always went for the last 15 years and they're the food was good and not that wasthe location and Armenia and Waters their food is always good there but they're new answering system does not work for me Read more
Man I hate leaving this review but I am not a fan of calling a call center who act like robots and can?t go away from the... script. If I could give 0 stars I would horrible treatment on the phone!!! I called and made my order on the phone and they said... everything was fine to wait 40 min to and hour and I waited more then an hour and called nicely to ask if everything was ok andthe young lady on the phone said that the call center never put the order in and that there was nothing she could do about itshe was very defensive for no reason and never apologized to me for the inconvenience! So then she told me that at 8 they stoptaking cash orders and I told her then in that case I would have been told and asked her to put my order in again and then shesaid very rudely I?m waiting for you card number now and I said I?m I don?t want to give my card number on the phone because Idon?t trust here and she said well then I can?t make the order again very rudely I said at this point it should be free she saida bunch of very defensive things I ask if there was a manager I could speak to she said no you can?t speak to anyone! Like whattype of service is this?! WHAT I CAN SEE NOW FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS HERE IS THAT ALL OF THE POEPLE THAT WORK IN THIS PLACE HAVETERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHONE AND WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE LIFE TO SPEAK TOSOMEONE WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. Superb! I've been going to this HH almost 2 decades. The food is always well prepared & ready to go when I get there. The staff... has always been professional, friendly, & down to Earth...even that 1 time I insisted I'd submitted my order online & I realizedI hadn't after leaving. Sorry about that guys. Y'all handled my confusion very well. Lol. Would highly recommend this place ifyou're in the mood for a tasty & affordable...pizza...salad...sub...etc, etc, etc. The sky's the LImit. The menu has a goodvariety of food to choose from. If you're looking for a gourmet meal, go to a gourmet restaurant. If you're looking for somegood fast food pizza, I'm betting they got you covered.
