Authentic feel and very good food for the price. I love the lowkey, hole-in-the-wall vibe from the outside, but once you enter... you realize that you are late to the party. The restaurant stayed busy, but they have plenty of servers and workers to attend toevery need. My ginger salad wasn’t the best, felt like it had been sitting out for a while. But the sushi and the beef bowlwere both beautiful and delicious. I would give it an 8.8/10, but for Google, that’s a 4! Read more
Best Japanese Izakaya style food/sushi and restaurant in the area! Nice decor and ambiance. Had a great overall dining... experience at the sushi bar. Staff were all very helpful and efficient. Very good sushi offerings. Highly recommend their mangounfiltered sake and their Matcha tiramisu! There can be a long wait but there’s a cool neighborhood bar next door to grabdrinks until your table’s ready. Read more
Some of the best sushi I have had! I got the honor roll, Izakaya special roll, and bagel roll. They were all fantastic. You can... tell the fish is high quality and the sushi chefs know what they are doing. The server was very helpful, responsive and friendlyand the decor of the restaurant gives a unique experience. This was my first time in Izakaya Tori sushi, and it became one of my favorite places. When you enter Izakaya Tori, you feel... teletransported to a bar in Japan; I love the decoration and the vibes. The waitresses are friendly and give great attention tothe customers. The mix of flavors is excellent; the fish is high quality, super fresh, and adequately cut. To say that my family visits here at least once a month would be an understatement. It’s our go-to for Japanese street food!... We love anything that could be on a stick and grilled on coals, so the options they have readily is great. They have super freshseafood and sometimes have specialty ones shipped in (check their insta for any limited day items). Wait time can vary dependingon party size. We’ve had a lot of luck with quick seating with party under 4. Parking is limited in the strip lot. Read more
Authentic Japan! Great decor, exceptional service and REAL Japanese food. The fries were hot and fresh. The beef curry was... seasoned perfectly and the eel and scallop skewers were excellent. Definitely a really cool sushi spot! The fish was so fresh; it literally melted in your mouth. Loved that although it was super... packed, we weren't rushed out. There isn't enough parking so make sure you go around the corner. Reservations are definitelyneeded here. We waited 25 mins for a table, but it was worth the wait. Can't wait to come back. Read more
