This was our first experience at Jersey Mike's Sub. The place was extremely clean and Rachel prepared our subs. Rachel looked... like she was putting together a masterpiece! She was extremely thoughtful as she placed items atop the subs she was preparing.We decided on the Chicken Philly. It was prepared perfectly. The chicken was tender, the onions and bellpeppers were succulentand the bread was soft! the cheese was melted perfectly! Nice job guys and we will be back!! This is the second time I?ve been to this location and they keep putting cucumbers in the veggie sub. CUCUMBERS DO NOT COME ON... THE VEGGIE SUB UNLESS ASKED. Employees need to be trained PROPERLY. I'm the 5 star type of guy, but these 2 ladies at JM's at N Dale Mabry are not capable. Walk in there to pick up my order and it... was a surprise to both. They sent my stuff to someone else. Went in and ordered a chicken Philly, had to repeat myself and clarified not steak. Got my $10 regular. And got back to work and... it was steak. Come on! To far to drive back. Very disappointed. The girl was very hard to understand through her mask. Mask notthe problem . SPEAK UP!! Read more
