Sandwich was not made according to the description. Sandwich maker refused to make it right. They need a little more training.
Delicious sandwiches, however the amount of turkey is getting smaller over time.

Placed mobile pick up order for 3 sandwiches and when we returned home we found out we only received 2 sandwiches. We called the... store for a refund of the missing sandwich and the manager said she either has to give us $7.99 store credit or refund the full$30 order We asked if they could deliver the missing sandwich since we are 1.3 miles from the store and the manager scoffed andsaid if it wasn?t originally a delivery she cannot send her driver without charging us a delivery fee. We then asked again fora refund of the missing sandwich and the manager proceeded to say it was our fault that we didn?t check the bag prior to leavingthe store, alluding to the fact that we needed to check their work to receive the correct order. Manager proceeded to tell usshe packed the order herself and that she knows there are 2 sandwiches in the bag, to which I told her yes, but 3 wereordered. Never apologized, never admitted they were wrong, and hung up on us when we asked for her name. Accepted the $7.99 asit was better than nothing, and waiting for a call back from corporate. Read more
This place is on point. This place seems unscathed by the labor shortages and the supply issues going on. I ordered a sandwich... and no kidding, got it in less than 120 seconds. I'm not even exaggerating the speed. This sandwich was pretty fire, too. Read more

I am allergic to eggs. I tried to order a sub and was told that all the food was cross contaminated and they couldn?t guarantee... anything. They were not willing to clean things and pull out food that hadn?t touched anything. So disappointing when it?s notmy fault that I have a food allergy. I left hungry. Read more
