I got the Julian Breakfast and let me tell you even though it is a simple breakfast, it was absolutely delicious. The server was... super nice and was quick with the order, and compliments to the chef's. We were able to speak to them and they were also nice. Read more

First off the service was perfect. Our wait staff was pure perfection. The restaurant was beautiful. And our appetizer was... perfect. They also had a tasty non alcoholic beer that I could enjoy. Unfortunately I cannot give a perfect experience becausemy steak bites were too tough to eat. They were also lacking flavor. My wife's burger was also unseasoned and bland. I do notthink I would come back for a second try. With the costs of the meals this really is a one chance deal. I could get anequivalent meal half the price at other places. Read more
Really good food, great service, and good drinks. View was very nice from the indoor seating. However, the menu is very limited... at the moment. Nevertheless, the limited food they have is on point delicious. They did say they would go back to regular menusoon. Read more
Nice, cozy restaurant with amazing food, but 50-50 on service. Menu is short, but that's always a good sign as it means they... really perfect the dishes that's on there. Ordered the short rib empanada for appetizers and it was the bomb! For mains , hadsteak and Frites, and NY strip. They switched the doneness of our steaks (I wanted medium for my steak and Frites but they didmedium rare, while my Fiance's steak was done medium). Even with the mistake, the steaks were great and the sides they came withwere amazing. Best recommendation was the churro and the to die for chocolate hazelnut Gelato it came with. I'd go back toJulian just to have 3 orders of this for myself. Almost skipped dessert but our friendly waitress was very convincing, and I'mglad we took her advice. The cocktails were great too, much better than the ones we had at the Rox, which is the hotel'srooftop bar. Service started out amazing coz we were there early. However, when the restaurant filled up, food service got slowand we had to wait 20 mins for our bill coz our waitress forgot about it. She was friendly enough and new her stuff, so we stilltipped pretty well. All in all amazing experience, beautiful views, and delicious food! Read more
During our stay at the Current Hotel we celebrated our 27th Anniversary. I made reservations at the Julian and they delivered... with great attentive service and amazing food. Small, but adequately laid out where you feel you have the privacy for greatconversations to take place during dinner. Kudos to the chef and our great server. Read more
Very disappointed. Next to the pool with alot of people. Food took a bit longer than expected. Never got refillls or even... offered something besides water. Paid $58 for food that was starting to get cold. Host brought out our food. Nice girl withtattoos got us a highchair, the check and then refills while we were leaving. Found out bartender Derrick was by himself. Feltbad then heard him talk about other guests that were visiting saying they were on vacation..what was taking so long. He told theother co worker oh tell them to shut up..well sir I'm also on vacation. So are you going to tell me to shut up too ??
