The Little Greek Fresh Grill can be found inside the food hub at Westshore Mall in Tampa, so you can stop here before you hit... the stores to do some Black Friday Shopping! It is a traditional Greek restaurant and the food is excellent. Pita, hummus,gyros, you name it they got it. We chose their iconic Falafel which they have mastered. From appetizers to full dinners, there?sa variety of things you can get to here satisfy your hunger. It is also a counter-serve chain restaurant, so you get your foodfast and because of the open seating can chose where you?d like to eat. Came for a Greek salad today. Only customer in line. Stood with server looking at me for 3-4 minutes. She was busy on phone... fighting with her credit card company. Over her latest statement. When I asked if she was open to take my order, she told me togive her a few minutes. I went elsewhere. Read more
Horrible customer service! Do NOT go to this location! The manager David was extremely rude. We ordered six lunches for a... meeting and the service they use for delivery Door Dash never picked up our food, when we called to complain David blamed us andsaid Door Dash is not his responsibility and suggested we could 'try' to order again. It's too bad I love Little Greek but willnot be ordering again, I'm also going to let everyone in my office know this establishment is not reliable and rude. We havealso let Concourse administration know to warn all employees not to order from this location. Read more
The service is extremely bad! I saw restaurants with rude people but this one won. The girl on the counter really should find a... job where she feels happy (I really hope you can do something where you feel like you can treat people better) because here itis only going to upset people with her attitude. I like this place but it will be better with good customer service. Read more
We've used this location several times for a large catering lunch. They have always been helpful and polite with the ordering... over the phone and the food always comes out great! It's one of our staff favorites for our team meetings! Read more
Black girl taking orders at the counter was EXTREMELY rude from the get go. Based off previous reviews, this place's strongest... suit definitely isn't customer service. She claimed to be the manager which I HIGHLY doubt as a manager would carry themselvesin a much better manner. She was unwilling to tell me her name when i asked 2x. Whoever runs this place needs to get her out ofthere as she gives a bad rep to the Little Greek name! Dark skinned female with a nasty attitude, shouldn't be hard to identifyher. Read more
I loved the gyro I had. It wasn't as greasy as other Greek places have been and the portion sizes were big. The cashier was kind... and the food came out quickly. That's not saying much though, because it looked like I was their only customer. Read more
Just ordered a gyro platter from a lady working there who had her mask under her nose and quite obviously did not want to be... there. When I got home I opened it up - no pita, rice and salad thrown together, very little meat. I tossed it. I love Greekfood but this was unacceptable. Read more
