They got my order wrong twice and it took 15m to get my food. I guess no such thing as fast food
Service was fast. My food was very fresh and hot. I loved my Quarter Pounder w/cheese Deluxe. Move over Wendy's.
Tell me how you order 2 cheese burgers but neither of them come with any meat?!?! My fiancé brought dinner home only to realize... that 2 cheeseburgers from our order had no meat whatsoever. The Manager, Anthony was super great! Took our order, and brought it to the table. I had specifics on my order and I heard him... clarify those requests to the cooks. My Carmel Macchiato was less than perfect and the manager remade it himself to perfection.Now that is the McDonalds I remember from back in the day, where managers took an active part in making McDonalds one of thegreatest and long lasting fast food chains, at home and abroad! This is the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Drive thru only had one section open. Had to wait 15 minutes with only 2 cars... ahead of me to order. There were maybe 4 cars that had already ordered and were waiting for food. When I got to the ordermenu, no one said anything to let me know of it would be a minute for them to take my order. Clean. Staff is slow. Food was as expected. It was not busy at the time of my visit. The girl wiping the tables in the... dining room was doing a half-*ss job at it. Used the app for a 2nd time and was able to get a FREE 6 pc nugget, ordered a double cheeseburger and small fry. On the app... after i pressed ?already here? it gave the option for curbside, carryout or drive thru. i chose drive thru. After telling themmy code they verified the order. Everyone was nice and my order was hot fresh and perfect (they even included my sauce for thenuggets) ???????????????????? I will be returning to this location in the future, I am so happy that I was able to get a hotfresh lunch efficiently for only 6$! McDonalds is making a comeback! Read more
