Was waiting for my order and waited 46 minutes and it never came and went to the counter constantly and asked is it ready yet... finally after 50 minutes one of the cashiers comes to me and says ? i?m sorry but if you?re not ordering anything my managersaid please to leave ? I can't eat somewhere that is dirty all the time
Terrible customer service. Lady at the window actually wanted to argue whether I ordered a drink when I asked for the meal. Also... asked if I could pay for one she said no I didn't order one. Drive through also a terrible attitude. "Can I have the fishsandwich meal." ""yep... What else!"" "That?s it." ""First window!"" I would have just went back around and ordered a drink. Waited 15 minutes to have more order taken while other lane kept moving so I proceeded to window thinking maybe speaker didn't... work. When I got to window manager was very rude and said that I had to order at speaker. Needless to say I didn't order andwill not be going back. Just lost a reliable customer. Microwaved old snack wraps. Not fresh at all. Lettuce all brown, hot, and limp. All the cheese already liquid. Ranch sauce is... transparent and already soaked in the soggy tortilla. Disgusting. Staff here including the so called team leaders or managers or whatever title the ones who are supposed to be in charge are... called here are more likely to fight and argue with you then help you in the slightest..
