The first time I visited here was actually not to eat. I had gone through an event and was in need of help. The friendly and... courteous staff at this location provided me help, and kindness that I desperately needed. I'm back on my feet now, and I'vepicked up from this location, to deliver for uber eats. The inside areas are always spotless. The staff is always friendly,kind, and professional. My logic is, if they care that much about their workplace, and people. This is just another McDonald's in a long list of McDonald's that is refusing to open their lobbies earlier in the morning like... they always having the past to accommodate the commercial drivers with the large vehicles that cannot use a drive-thru. Theposted hours say 5:00 a.m. but using their fingers they indicated to me through the window that they open their lobby at 6:00a.m.. McDonald's seems intent to remain doing covid practices of keeping your lobbies closed a lot earlier and directingcommercial drivers that cannot use the drive-thru because of vehicle size to walk up to their drive-thru window which is unsafeand just unprofessional for a fast food business they're just telling me that they don't want my business if they're not goingto open their lobby there's no reason they don't open their lobby it's just pure laziness in the fast food industry to continuethis practice. McDonald's has displayed an absolute commitment to trying to pee and drive through only business if thisbehavior continues I will just stop using McDonald's I've already cut my McDonald's usage by 70% because they will not opentheir lobbies for the working man of this country that wants to use their services between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. Update 8-1-2022employees are still thinking the lobby doesn't open until 6:00am. Pretty bad. Ask for "made to order" crispy chicken sandwich. Told it would be like 6 minutes. Told her that's fine. 3 mins... later, a girl brings the food and the fries weren't done. I told her and she went back and grabbed more fries from the samebatch because those weren't done. Arrived at my hotel room across the street to realize the sandwich was not made to order andit was thrown together. I threw away the fries but microwaved the sandwich. I'm done????? Read more
I placed a curbside pickup order through the mobile app, Ive chosen number 5 slot, I waited for 15 min and no one showed up. I... had to go through the drive thru line to pick up my order. So I ordered 4 plain cheeseburgers and 1medium fries today, does this look plain to you? Terrible service, staff unwilling to work. I am one of the people who like to order through the McDonald's app because it makes... it easier for me to choose what I want to eat. But already on two occasions in this same place I have had a bad time, fromwaiting 20 minutes for my order to not delivering my order and saying that there is not the product I want after I get in thecar waiting for a while and nobody goes to tell me If you don't want to work better, open a place for someone who needsit.Check out this photo she posted of two milkshakes I ordered and they gave me no cream and almost empty. The restaurant was running very smoothly everyone was working together. The orders came out nice and smooth no one had an... attitude. The were happy to help.. you can tell the manager is really a great manager. She was helping customers and then shecame out and wiped tables and then was taking orders on her headset at the same time. I was impressed because she is a leaderthat shows her team how to do the job correctly not just point at people to do it. She's a great manager and she has a greatteam! Read more
