This location is horrible. Fast food is meant to be just that. You'd think with an increase in wages, customer service would... improve. I fail to see what makes fast food seem like rocket science. Yesterday I ordered 3 very simplistic common items. After waiting, I was asked to pull around opposite of the drive thru. They tried giving me the wrong order twice. They werealso told what I ordered twice. After 17 minutes and being asked for a third time what my order was, I pulled away. Paid infull, with nothing to show for it. Employees could have cared less. Complete failure on their end. I wouldn't even eat thisgarbage but sometimes your pressed for time. Read more

Ive tried this location a few times now for iced coffee, since Dunkin ruined their rewards program. Every time it?s been... basically water, gross. It also consistently is not full. As seen in the picture, there?s almost an inch missing. Maybe it?sthose new machines that auto fill drinks and don?t let servers top them off, but i dont like feeling like I?m getting takingadvantage of. Even if it?s for water coffee. The service has also been impersonal at best. The times Ive stated that I have adrive thru code to use, I?m met with ??.okay??? Thru the speaker. It?s overall the stereotypical experience of a mcdonalds atthis location. Edit November 22nd to add the frappe picture: Yet again, not a full drink. This location consistently acts like they are closed. It takes more than 2-5 minutes for someone to speak on the drive thru mic.... They barely ever get an order right which causes customers to retaliate. I cannot begin to explain how many times I?ve witnessedthem arguing with customers thru the drive thru. Second time I've stopped at the drive through in the morning for a drink. Both times the drink has not been full, and hardly... has any ice. This morning, the drive through worker barely spoke, just gave me my change and handed me my drink without astraw, then closed the window and walked away. I couldn't even ask her for a straw. I'll be stopping at the nearby Wawa formorning drinks from now on. Read more

If I give Zero stars I would. Every time I go here, the customer service is always terrible. Not once but twice within the same... visit they forgot 80% of my order. They pulled me up but never came back with my food. I was forced to take my newborn baby outthe car to go inside. The managers were not friendly and did not care. They always have a attitude. Chicken biscuit was pretty good. However, didn't like the fact it tasted like pickles when it didn't have pickles on it.
