Around 3 pm went inside to order a chocolate milk shake, worker gave me a white shake and said is just the color, but I tried... the shake and it was vanilla. I politely asked for the milk shake to be replaced and the manager seemed to be upset with me andfound out the chocolate flavor was empty. She replaced the flavor and wanted to give me the first very strong chocolateserving. I didn't want it and she looked mad cause had to pour a new one. Really bad customer service in that place. Sometimes McDonald's is good on Some days and Afternoons and then Sometimes they are not so friendly and make you wait a long... time for the food that you are ordering.. Most of the time people are friendly there but a lot of the times they all haveattitudes.. food is very good when it is given fresh and how you want it cooked but if you ask them to make you a fresh pot ofcoffee then they make a facial expression and that's not right. I wish I would of paid attention to the woman who helped me. But i got there after breakfast hrs and wanted some hash browns.... She was super nice and told me not to worry about it and she had them make me 4 of them. She was awesome. And I'm thankful forher. Read more
I was shamed and humiliated by a group of Black Employees including the shift manager. Laughed at and denied Water in the 100... degree Florida heat. Went there at 1:45 AM on 2/19. Asked for a shamrock shake and get handed a cup full of vanilla ice cream with green food... coloring not even blended. Couldnt drink it at all. Asked the manager at the window if he could blend it and told me ?thats howthe shakes come.? If the shakes come like that than whats the difference between a shamrock shake and a shamrock mcflurry??? I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were both burnt one had the the toppings completely off the burger, a total mess, the... buns were even burnt!!! The fried chicken looked like it came from the bottom of the fryers and they've not changed their oilfor a week! I brought them back and the manager didn't say so much as I'm sorry just immediately offered me a refund, leaving meto believe this is something that happens often and was no surprise to her! I will not be returning here and don't recommendthis location! We went right up the road to Burger King and got fresh chicken sandwiches for about the same price. When I was there not much of a wait in line since it was just me at the time. Was told they are waiting on my double quarter... pounder with cheese, should have checked the quality of the food before leaving. One patty is still rare while other is cooked.Fries were hot. I can say the McDonald's on Dale Mabry near Zoo is a pleasant experience compared to many other restaurants in Tampa. Many... stores near me are ghetto. The food not fresh and service is horrible. This McDonald's we drove extra time in order to get greatfood and service. Thank you Read more
