great and 24 hr for real could better in serving inside lobby better but drive through is always parked and also door dash and... uber eats etc.. overall great place and very unique guess leo the chosen black bag lol what my organization calls him lol hisdreads are natrual and adds to the mcdonalds definetily coming back because of that customer there thanks mcdonalds help him outyou see him guy is a great person who deserves the support he advertises Read more

The mobile app for orders never works correctly. On my last visit they did not have the item I ordered, so to cancel the order... they charged me for an item I didn't want, didn't order and didn't receive. I even confirmed that the order had been cancelledand I wouldn't be charged for anything. Read more

I arrived at the McDonalds to get an order that was ordered online. No one greated me so I sat there for at least 15min or so... why employees walked by etc. Then finally was told I could not get the order bc they switched to breakfast. This is veryunprofessional in soo many ways. Someone needs to step up the customer service experience bc your customers matter. Read more

Terrible service, ordered two McDouble's no ketchup no mustard no salt. Not only did the sandwiches have the supposed direction... on the wrapping, but they were old and dry. I had to drive all the way back from my house to get my sandwiches remade. Which wasvery disappointing taking time and gas to let the manager's of that restaurant know the service was terrible. The managerisreala was very unprofessional. Hand on hip speaking to a non coworker while addressing me. Instead of trying to fix theproblem, she quickly reiterated to giving a refund. After she walked to the back and put the order in she walked back withoutacknowledging me. And began to proceed speaking back to the non coworker. Can't believe how terrible that sandwich was and howthey had the directions on the sandwich and still made the mistakes that they made. This seems like a terrible run store. Justlike most of the stores in this area. My purchase was made through drive-thru around 2:20 to 2:30ish p.m. on September 17th2022. Please get the store in order! Multiple times I've been to this location and they always mess something up and make a problem when I want it fixed. Today I... ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Both of those were supposed to be meals and we paidfor the meals and never received the drink and other fry. I also asked for extra sauce and pickles and they gave me the smallestamount possible on the sandwich. So I paid for items I never received. Read more

I have had several problems with McDonald?s as far as breakfast goes at around 10 o?clock in the morning. It appears the... drive-through is more of a priority than the front counter. I stood there for quite a decent amount of time and was told to waita few more minutes while The manager consulted the sheriffs office regarding graffiti on a plastic fence. Also several times Ihave had to wait long periods, it seems as if they won?t even look at your face at times. The food is fine. Read more

I really wanted a fish sandwich so I came to this McDonald?s. I also wanted to get my grandsons a toy. The toys they gave me... were the same ones they gave us the day before. So the lady at the window took the time to get the other toys that were going tobe coming so my grandsons could have different toys.
