These people don't know how to handle the lobby plus the drive through. Customer before me said he was waiting for his family's... meals for 40 minutes. I waited 10 minutes just to take my order. If you don't know how to balance your lobby and drive throughthen maybe you guys need to teach each employee especially management on how to run the store. It's not all about drive through.Hope everyone gets fresh food and better service then I did. But I've come here over a dozen times and it's never changed inover a year if anything gotten worse. Ordered a 40 piece nugget deal for 15.99...in drive through was asked which sauces would I like I clearly stated barbecue an... ranch an sweet an sour ..got my order with Not even 1 sauce .so I went to go inside doors lock so waited in a long line again toget sauce get to 1st window an lady stated oh yeah let me tell them now ..get to pick up window no sauce again as I asked tospeak to a Male manager he got my sauce s I was heated for the fact now 20min later my foods not hot any more communicating iskey an my one burger I ordered was so cold cheese didn't even melt ..won't go to this location again ..
