The employees there need to be taught courtesy and some degree of intelligence. As I was placing my order for a double... cheeseburger at the drive thru, she interrupted me to ask if I just wanted the sandwich. If she had let me finish she would havereceived her answer. Then after starting all over again she interrupted me AGAIN to ask if I wanted cheese on my CHEESEburger. Then when I finally arrived at the pay window. There was no greeting of any kind. She didn't even tell me the cost of my order. She just took my debit card, swiped it and handed it back. No "thank you" or "have a good evening"....nothing. I will NOT returnto this Wendy's. Food was very good, service was even better, girl was very quick she had to actually break off of her station this particular... Seems all Wendy's are now a hit or miss on product quality: freshness, order accuracy and time. I will say the last two times I... visited this place, the food was actually fresh and made properly. I had said to not go back there anymore because of the timesprior where the food was old and lemonade had a sour taste to it. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I would rate this zero out of 10 would not recommend. The staff is awful and treats you... like you are a burden. Everyone there hates their job. She messed up my order and forgot part of it and I told her and sherolled her eyes at me. I am a manager for another company and if any of these people were my employees they would be fired onthe spot for attitude alone. By reading other reviews I see that I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Corporatereally needs to come into this store and take care of it. Read more
