This is the absolute worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Very rude and nasty. They yell at customers the only reason I would go... to this one is because it's on my way to work. I asked for fresh fries. The fries are handed to me and they're not fresh.. Thisis third time this has happened so I check the fries before I leave. I wait 4-5 mins and I leave only to notice they handed methe same bag of fries. They're open late on some evenings and close at 10 on the other. I do not like this McDonald's. Went to the drive thru, waited 10 minutes and nothing moved, so we decided to try inside instead. Went inside and found out why... nothing was moving, half the staff were just standing up front talking. We went to the register, waited 5 minutes and no oneeven acknowledged we were there. We were the only people inside and no one would take our order. Absolutely ridiculous andhorrible service. Ill never go here again, lazy staff who couldn't care less about customers. We placed a mobile order. We were picking up thru drive thru. We got to pick up window and they tell us they have no coke. We... ask if they have frozen coke Instead. The guy was rude and told us we do but it cost more. So we just asked for a refund andwent to 7-11. The cokes at McDonald's were 1.79 at 7-11 they were .79. If McDonald's was out they should have blocked it ontheir app, told us when we got to drive through, told us when we picked up receipt, or they could have at least apologized atthe pick up window and offered a substitution. Each morning I get my breakfast on my way to work I passed by another McDonald's just go to the McDonald's onBush because she makes my morning pleasant. Her customer service attitude Is what we need. I'll be happy to see her smilingface in drive-through. I pray God-bless this young lady for having kindness to strangers!" I don't know which is worse. The drive thru or dining in. The girls who take your order never listen to you, repeat things... you never said and rush you. Then my meals are ALWAYS wrong.
