The facility is clean, modern and sound. I went in during a nasty weather day and had a good experience. Their systems had gone... down and it was clear that the manager was stressing, but all the staff was exemplary. Cool as a cucumber, working on what theycould while being professional about what they couldn't. The downed system had resulted in a long drive-thru line, but everyoneflexed and got it down with impressive speed. (I was inside so I got to see this work). I'm usually very critical of fast foodjoints. I don't give out 5 stars ... for a fast food place. A good fast food joint is likely to get a 3, because that's what thehonest quality is. But at this McDonald's, the staff showed above and beyond service, and the food was uncharacteristically goodas well. Hot, tasty, and well presented. Kudos. Read more
Had an attitude because we had to look at the menu. Then left out a drink and said well just bring it out with your food. Forgot... it and a fry. Misplaced all order notes. When we asked for our proper items were given an attitude and demanded a receipt, whichthey never gave to us. If this is necessary stop pulling people past the window to stop your order clock. This McDonald?s went down hill with staff.. orders are never right. Stop going to work high if you want more pay.. blows my mind... how such simple orders right off the menu get messed up consistently. Read more
Every time I go there I order a large fry or 2 and they only fill it up half. You do not have enough rise then just charge me... for a small stop cheating me. It's already charging Me Too!
