Hopefully corporate will see this cause it?s a big no-no in this industry. I pulled up to this location to inform of a mobile... order and they responded with ?sorry we closed? it was 5pm on a Saturday I believe and the truck had just got there. If youreceive a truck during rush hour you have to turn it away for food safety but to completely close the whole restaurant at peaktimes is very bad. Saw someone in here reviewing about the weekend staff- it?s so true. Just a buncha kids workin, no sense ofrespect, or urgency. I know McDonald?s don?t pay anything but to literally be on FaceTime with your boyfriend while I?m waitingfor my food is so unprofessional (Girl wearing a blue hoodie with a long braid to the side, check your cameras, 11/5 around 2pm)That Really reflects on management. I?ve always been super nice to the employees there, cause I?ve been on the other side ofthat counter, but it seems like any weekend I go I have the same issue. I watched 3 or 4 employees walk past me and no one asked if they could help me and one employee saw me and turns to her co... worker and says "you unlocked the door?" Still did not help me. Customer service in a lot of places has become a non existentthing and this is sad. If it wasn't for the customer you wouldn't have a job. Please managers and corporate managers, get backto putting the customer first! If I was the manager ALL of you would be fired! Read more

Ordered at the kiosk and the pick up number flashed so fast couldn?t read it. Order got lost and waited 10 minutes before it was... filled. Paid for a drink at the kiosk but the drink machine was broken and staff did not offer a refund. Read more

Worst McDonald's in Tampa. They never get your order correct the first time. Oh good luck ordering by app. It will take them 10... minutes just to figure it out and another 15 to get you the correct order. Read more

Overall, food was good. Order was incomplete when I received it. Missing one item and a beverage. Order should have been... double-checked. Pastry ordered was clearly old and looked like a several day old donut. Not acceptable. My dog liked it.Restaurant was clean and pleasant. Big breakfast was very good. Can?t beat McD?s hash brown. If driving down I-275, I would.maybe stop at a different exit with a different McDonald's. Not saying this one is awful,... but... Just saying... This was the first time I stopped at this one. Saw a homeless person filling a water bottle at thedrink station. Smelled the aroma of marijuana on some of the other customers. That was fun. Explaining to my kids why peoplethere wreak of weed. Kids tried the fries with cheese and bacon. It was okay but not really worth the price. The staff wasfriendly. The restaurant was clean. Just the clientele was a little "interesting" Read more
