Food was quick didn't wait long. We modified ingredients and we got what we ordered. ( This is rare). Definitely will go back!

Horrible location!!! Workers are rude and the managers even worse! My food was cold and the apple pies were dried out! I called... and asked for a manager and the first person lied and said she was a manager. When I asked for her name, She then called anotherperson as I heard her say in Spanish (she wants a manager) The second person got on the phone and when I asked for her name ahesaid it was McDonalds and asked me who I was. I said I was a customer with a compaint and she hung up on me. Whomever owns thislocation needs to train their employees!!!! A language barrier does not excuse horrible customer service.! The fact thislocation has these horrible reviews and improvements are not made is concerning!!! Read more

I hate this location absolutely. Their only concern is drive thru. Front counter rarely gets attention, orders are always wrong,... and the cashiers are rude and act like they don't know what to do.. these people need better training and better social skills.. Read more

The death of 'customer service' continues to rise and McDonald's is leading the charge!!! Come on Owners! Teach your Managers... how to teach their employees how to greet customers! At the drive-thru speaker you place your order; you drive up to the firstwindow and the employee at the window just stands there and looks at you! No hello, no good morning, good afternoon, repeatyour order back, your total is.... NONE OF THAT. They just stand there and look at you. Go to the next window and someonesticks a bag out of the window, with no words being spoken, and then looks at their screen for the next bag. No, here you go,thank you, have a nice day... NONE OF THAT! Just an arm sticking a bag in your face! I guess McDonald's has gotten so bigthey don't worry about customer service anymore, because this type of "LACK" of service can be found at most all of McDonald's,with few exceptions. Me not going to McDonald's is not going to hurt them one bit, but its certainly is going to make "ME" feelbetter!!! McDonalds... Might I suggest sending your Managers to the "CHICK-FIL-A" school of Customer Service!!! Read more

My experience here was always slightly better than the one on Waters. Ave, but that's a very low bar to surpass. All the... traditional issues with McDonald's are here. Whether it's the drive-thru or dining in, there is a 50% chance your order willhave an error. The inside is okay but could definitely be cleaner. Employees don't have attitude but it's hard to get anyone'sattention when you have an issue. As always, order a fish sandwich and half the cheese will be on the box instead of thesandwich. Order a double-cheeseburger and they will almost always give you a McDouble, which is a cheaper item. Overall thesacrifice in service is not worth the speed. Read more

10/10 won't NOT recommend. Not sure what's going on internally but my order was simple 3 McChickens fresh/made to order, large... fries and a coke. They handed me the wrong order to begin then when they gave me my order it wasn't what I ordered, I got back alarge diet coke, no fries and stale McChickens. After having to waste time and walk in to get the right order they STILL gave mestale McChickens. Don't waste time with this fast food restaurant because it won't be fast and they won't get it right. It was a very horrible experience. Workers did not get order right, despite being very clear. Made us turn around to order... again, and had the audacity to have an attitude with us. Didn't even give us straws. Very disgusting people, but what do youexpect from McDonald's. Knew I should've got Wendy's. Read more

The service was pretty slow for not being too crowded and from what I could see, having the staff available. They had me and... some other people waiting inside for quite a while, with no acknowledgement, so I just used the drive thru. Read more
