The McDonald's on Sarno road Melbourne Florida odrdered a 10 piece mcnugget and a big Mac waited 25 minutes and it was cold .... The slowest McDonald's in the area... Corporate needs to come and check this place out and needs a revamp immediately .. My kid and his friend Walked to McDonald's @ 60 Brandon, raining day, doors locked, Manager on duty said (when I called) they... locked bc they were short handed , the staff didn't seem to be busy, they looked at them outside and did not care, they didn'tbother to help. Was not like they had line outside the door, it really didn't matter, OPEN the door and help. Ridiculous!!!!! Your Company need a better management for sure. I will reach out to the head quarters, I'm a General Manager as myself and thisis unacceptable . McDonald's used to be more respected, it has been bad for a while at this location. Every time my husband goes to McDonalds on MLK in Seffner Florida they mess up our orders. This time he said they had my Quarter... Pounder Deluxe and he made them fix it and they made him wait as he was at the drive through. When he got the sandwich theyassured him it was what he ordered. Got home and it was a Double cheeseburger with a pickle slice. That was it. This happens alot lately. We?re done with them. I'm a truck driver and I stop by everytime I'm in the area. So on Sunday Dec. 27th at approximately 8:15 pm I stopped by to get... coffee. As I stand there waiting for my coffee I was noticing the employees and the general workings of the operation. I noticeeveryone was wearing a mask with the exception of the stocky young man that I guess was the mgr...blonde hair kinda really"arrogant." I was just curious as to why he didn't have one on. He said because he had been " vaccinated"...at which time Iasked him if anybody else there had been vaccinated. He responded "I don't know" kinda arrogant. Now Juan I know y'all can dobetter than this guy.....he really needs to be taught some "PEOPLE SKILLS!" This McDonald's is in Ocala, Fl. exit 352. Read more
Went to McDonald's and my phone showed that your store on brandon Blvd was open 24 hours . So go round to order and their were... cones thru the drive through and I presided to go to the curb side and called to order so a gentleman answer I said could placean order he said we are closed. I call back and a woman answered hello apose to hello hi this McDonald's and I said could Iplace an order and said we will be open at 5am. So I question aren't u open 24 hours and rudely hung up !.... not great customerservice and McDonald's could be sued for faults advertising ???????????????????????? Read more
The McDonald's at 11212 causeway blvd in brandon needs to have the night shift terminated. Everytime I go there I am refused... service. They make up excuses as to why they can't serve me. As of the date of this review, I was refused service. I was hungryat 2 am this morning and just wanted some chicken nuggets. Was told point blank no orders were being accepted at this time. WhenI asked for a manager or a corporate number, I was laughed at. Although there was 3 cars ahead of me waiting for food. I wasdenied service. And the very next car that pulled up not even 2 minutes later was served. I know this cause I stayed in the backparking lot just to see how the next person was treated.. The entire staff needs to be fired. This has been happening for monthsand until now I have dealt. And these horrible employees want higher rates of pay. I'd like to know something is done. Read more
Filet of fish, 2x2 inches on a big bun. One half teaspoon of tartar sauce, and one half strip of cheese. For $5.00, really???... I'm very upset, cold fries to go along with my sandwich!!
