Terrible, terrible service. I understand they close at 10. I came in at 9, ordered a meal to go for me and someone else. The... worker didn't want to make fresh meat or queso because it was close to closing. So I only had the option of chicken. And severalother menu options were old, and left out for several hours and when I asked how long they had been out, she responded withrolled eyes and a scoff. I let it go, but went to get a drink. Mid is the best way to explain it. All Moe's I've been to in recent years went downhill. Used to love it. Thwy were out of... several items and the employees seemed loud and just kinda sucked. Chipotle is way better for the price these days. Read more
Been going for there 10 years, service has gone down here. My husband waited they bypassed his food and did not finish his order... instead doing online orders. All food was cold. Burritos small even with asking for extra meat (no meat and cold), chips tastedstale, no ice a the machine. You would be better going to taco bell for less money and better service. Extremely disappointed. For these prices I expected better. First time trying Moe?s and received a soggy quesadilla missing half... the ingredients with barely any cheese. I live 5 mins away it was not sitting long. Also ordered a side of queso and of courseit was left out. Service was awful and food was even worse. Didn?t finish it and am on my way to chipotle. Salsa is basicallytomato paste? be warned this is NOT it. I don?t want anything for free but if that was a thought it be better served for ahomeless person because I will never return or recommend. I usually like Moe's but today it was totally disappointing. The salsa bar ran out of napkins and two kinds of salsa and no one... replenished them after being told. Garbage bins were overflowing and dirty plates were piled up on tables. It was disgusting.They must have been horribly short-staffed. Read more
Disaster, Disaster, Disaster. Very bad experience. They are hiring only 4 girls to do the entire operation (cleaning, cooking,... taking costumer orders and process the payment). The grill was literally on fire. One of the worker didn?t wear gloves. No soapin the bathroom during a pandemic. Lack of training for sure. Fix the issues before anything happen. Read more
Best stop for mexican food. We tried salad bowl and quesadillas. This place is above average compare to brandon location. We... really liked brandon location but this place is also clean but not as clean as brandon. We prefer brandon over this place. Ourserver was little angry, we dont know why. Lol she was so in rush, she kept asking ?what else on ur salad? on every veggietoppings. Salsa bowl was empty, table was not clean properly. Well, i found it little weird but Thats fine I guess. ???? I witnessed an employee take trash to the back, use the phone, then dump a bag of cheese into the station, all while... wearing the same pair of dirty gloves. He finally acknowledges me and asks, "what can I get for you?" I proceeded to ask if heplanned on washing his hands and putting on a new pair of gloves before fixing my food, he rolled his eyes, mumbled somethingunder his breath and changed his gloves. He then gave me a death stare at which point I walked out of the store. Not that Iactually planned on ordering anything after seeing all of that, I am big on proper hygiene and would not risk my health for aquick meal.
