Pizza was freshly prepared, garlic knots were Great and my daughter loved her buffalo chicken salad she requested pretty basic
I've eaten a lot of pizza however this place is by far consistently the best pizza place in Tampa. From the undercarriage of the... pizza to the crisp of the crust which is light and soft but hard and chewy at the same time, the cheese and the light tomatosauce compliments it so well omg 10/10 I rate this pizza joint 9.3 if you choose to reheat your pizza when you get home don'tworry it taste equally the same which tells you how the ingredients are so homemade. They're human, they made a mistake on our order, but they made it right! The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes... but how they handle mistakes when they happen. This place is top notch in my books and they'll be seeing us again. Good pizza. My fave was their white pizza, then the margherita. The pineapple and cheese were a tad too salty for my liking. Don't planon dining-in, all the tables are outside. Prices were very reasonable, place was clean, staff were friendly. This place hasgreat management!! Read more
I have been going or ordering from NY NY Pizza for over 7 years now. I have always enjoyed it, it typically gets to you within... the 45 min timeframe. Prices not bad. Pizza I has always been good! I ordered large cheese pizza last night and it was cold bythe time I got it. It was burnt on the bottom which it left it kind of dry tasting. So not good. My cousin ordered from here and was told 45-1hr for delivery. She had to wait 2 hours for a cold pizza and warm soda. They had... the nerve to tell her it was fresh made, but the cheese wasn't stringy at all. The driver said he had a lot of deliveries beforegetting here. After calling the store to find out what they're going to do about it they did take some money off. Read more
My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana sub and said it was super dry. I got the stuffed shells and there was only 3 shells... and waaaaaaaay to much cheese where I was easily choking on it from how thick it was. And sorry but that?s not worth $16 forjust mainly cheese. Walmarts has better. The pizza we got wasn?t terrible. But sad to sad the fries and Mac and cheese biteswere the only decent thing. definitely wouldn?t waste $100 here again Read more
UPDATE: After my review I had manager Alisa Personally reach out. We had a 15 min conversation and I felt very reassured... that my experience was out of the norm and under new management would be monitored closely. They made a new pizza for me-sized XL and added some garlic knots. It was absolutely as delicious as I had remembered in the past. My family is back inand will be continuous customers under the amazing watch of Alisa! Thank you so much. Super happy family in South Tampa ?? Inever write negative reviews but felt so strongly about tonight?s delivery and response. I have been eating here for years. One of my favorite pizza places in Tampa. Tonight my food came ice cold. It was stale and the dough was like cardboard. WhenI called I was told they couldn?t do anything about it and to complain to Uber eats.
