I just want to say customer service was A1 here. From the receptionist to our waitress, Skylar to the manager. Skylar was very... polite, knowledgeable, and when she wasn?t sure about a dish she was willing to verify for us. My friend was unsure about hisdish that he received.so the manager got involved and was willing to accommodate him. He even had Skylar bring over acomplimentary dessert(I was drooling after taking a bite, it was so delicious).Everyone did a fantastic job, me and my friendleft in awe and in complete satisfaction. We had an excellent dining experience at this restuarant. Our host was very attentive and helpful. He made sure we were happy... with the food. Our daughter enjoyed her cheese pizza. The chicken salad was fresh and the dressing was extremely delicious. Thepasta was also yummy. Overall, we thought the food was tasty and were talking about coming back for another occasion. Loved the brunch atmosphere! We tried a nice assortment of items, our favorites being the French toast and steak and eggs. (The... frittata was nothing to write home about as it was simply fried egg whites with an unappetizing looking sauce smeared on the topwith one cherry tomato cut in half. The side salad was good.) On Swann is a MUST. Everything about this place is amazing. From the service, to the food. We had a fantastic experience and... our server was beyond exceptional. There was so much flavor in the sandwiches we ordered, a combination of sweet and salty. Wewere very impressed with the food! For an upscale restaurant, the prices were very reasonable too. We ordered the BLT with avo& fried egg, grilled cheese with a side of tomato soup. Non-alcoholic Blueberry Vanilla and Strawberry Mint sodas. We went onWednesday morning and there was no reservation required nor the restaurant was busy. We highly recommend visiting thisrestaurant! Staff and ambience was amazing. My boyfriend and I were served by Juan and he did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful and... gave great recommendations. Chef Billie was also great and super friendly, not to mention he makes AMAZING food. We got theshrimp and grits and pork chop for our entrees and they were mouth watering. If you go make sure to save room for the breadpudding because it was to die for. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to everyone!! Read more
We just came here for dinner the other night, and we had such a wonderful time. Our waiter was lovely, and the food we ordered... was delicious. The presentation and flavors were excellent. On Swann is my favorite restaurant in Tampa! Food is always fantastic and they constantly have specials and change up the menu.... Service is always great - I highly recommend Chris, Anthony, and Riki! The gnocchi, beef carpaccio, and zeppole are the best,and can?t go without the bread pudding for dessert!!
