Worst curbside pick up order I have ever experienced. Save your time and stress and order from a different location. Pick up... time was set for 7:06pm and did not receive our food until after 7:30pm. I understand restaurants can get backed up with orders.I ordered the bloomin onion burger medium rare, only to take a bit out of a paper thin slice of meat when I get home. I droveback to have my burger re-made because the one I had made for me originally tasted like a burnt slice of meat. The manager gaveme a quick ?sorry about that? and took my food to be re-made. While I was waiting, a gentleman had been waiting TWO HOURS forhis food, a Uber eats drivers food was given to another driver, and a lady sitting at a table had to get up and ask to be closedout after waiting an excessive amount of time. After waiting 20 minutes (while the rest of the food was getting cold at home)another manager came and handed me my food, saying ?are you waiting for a burger?. NO apology, just handed me my food to leave.The staff has no urgency at this location and lack sincerity when things go wrong. The management at this establishment islacking significantly. Read more

It used to not be like this. It used to be good...real good. Not anymore. Only took one picture of the "medium rare" that... came out well done. My steak was supposed to be rare but came out medium. The server had them recooked, but even that wasn'texecuted correctly. First, they should remove the entire plate (he didn't). Second, a manager should visit the table toappologize and let us know the status of the recook (never happened). Third, the manager should serve the recooked mealscomplete with fresh sides (you guessed it nope). My freshly made rare steak that came out on a side plate with nothing else wasrefrigerator cold in the center, and should have been cool. When I worked there from 1994 - 1997, that's how it worked. Sothey either loosened their policy, or the managing partner isn't following their policies. Never saw a manager. No apology. No nothing. Then, on the way out, the hostess sat on the bench, smiled, and said "thanks for coming in". Really? No opening ofa door, just sitting on the bench, with another worker chatting. Again, when I worked there, hosts and hostesses opened thedoor for every guest. Small things matter and they're not doing the small things right. Read more

Food was great, portion sizes were huge, waitress was nice but a little slow and didn't smile until she brought the check. But... still a great dinner with the family. Read more

Evidently this is what an $18 salad looks like at outback. This is highway robbery! Edit: I ended up taking the salad back and... the manager was very Understanding and Hospitable. She refunded my money gave me her business card And a gift card for my nextvisit. Thanks Lindsey. Read more

I ordered dinner, the salad was trash, and the steaks were undercooked and very tough. I called a manager and was told I would... have to deal with Door Dash. See below the salad I ordered and the salad I received. So sad to see the quality go down atwhat used to be my favorite Outback. Manager did not offer anything to me. She could have done something. We had an amazing server today! We arrived around 1:30 and were greeted immediately and asked to wait just a few minutes while... they finished cleaning the table. We were seated and our server was great! The drinks and food both arrived fast. I highlyrecommend this place. Read more

So Dissatisfied and Disappointed, We came here on January 1 to celebrate the new year The service was horrible I have called... corporate left a message to Avail , no one has returned my call to rectify the situation of what a bad night we had how our foodwas so burnt (as you can see in the pictures) it was really distasteful, the broccoli was so overcook it was like a mush ofpotato everything was just bad all around the food quality was disgusting ???? for what we paid will not be back ???? thanksCoorporate for NOT Caring !!!!
