This is an Outback location located in Carrollwood, FL. The decor was very clean and modern. Was good to see some of the new... improvements they have made over the past few years. The service was good at the beginning, but rapidly deteriorated once it wastime for our check. All the waiters and waitresses treated us as nonexistent. Beside that, the food was good. We tried the newtot appetizer, and it looked like baby food inside. But, the food was spicy and good. I had the Filet Mignon with mashedpotatoes and the Mac and cheese. Was very good. This outback is hit or miss. Sometimes we go and it?s good and sometimes it?s not so good. I just ordered delivery from there... after storm prepping all day. For myself I ordered the Queensland chicken and shrimp. It?s supposed to be somewhat spicy butthere is way too much spice on the chicken and shrimp it?s like the cook just dumped it on. The Alfredo sauce has a funky smellto it like it?s old and the shrimp are hard. Will not order delivery from them again. Adding pics to show how much seasoning Itook off with my fork. Read more
Very pleasant service. Good food, one of my favorite places to visit when I'm state side.
Excellent steak dinners! We visited in August 2022 and got the 8oz Sirloin and the 16oz Porterhouse, both with loaded fries.... One with a loaded baked potato, the other loaded mashed potatoes, and everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Fairlypriced meals, amazing and friendly staff, outstanding atmosphere, and exceptional steaks! Highly recommend this location! Read more
We left Cheddar's after being ignored for 15 minutes and walked through a downpour to go to Outback. We walked in, were seated... immediately and within a minute, Natalie F was there to brighten up our day!! She was great!! She knew the menu, offeredsuggestions and had a fabulous disposition! Our food was yummy and the Pina Koala is delicious! Definitely left happy and full. Read more
Decent location services a bit slow and prices have gotten a little bit high. But quality of food was good. Recommend don't go... during business times that might improve service otherwise I just treated myself on my birthday and I typically don't go backoften. Read more
Sorry to say with all the chain steak house out there...outback has fallen short.a few years ago outback was the place to go for... steak and blooming onions....I received my steak perfectly cooked the way I like it..but was super bland no taste or that goodflavor it once had. outback use to have that taste that made you want more.now they really need to tighten up and change a fewthings. It has been a while since my husband and I visited the Outback as the last few times we were there the service seemed to need... some improvement. We decided to try again as the Outback had always been one of our favorite restaurants in the past. Ourexperience last night was very different. Our waitress (Maria G) was excellent! She definitely showed experience as a server! Maria timed our appetizers and dinners perfectly! She has a great friendly personality. Thank you Maria for making our visit anenjoyable one! Read more
