This place was so good! Our waitress Rachel was awesome! She always went above and beyond. Got us water when we needed it, in a... timely manner! Thank you so much Rachel! We had a group of 8. We were celebrating a Birthday. Ordered the Japanese Old Fashioned and it was amazing. Had the shrimp... dumplings and those were amazing. The Kung Pao Dragon roll was super spicy but incredibly delicious. Spicy Tuna roll was verygood as well. Almost every other person said there meal was good. One person had the Pad Thai and said it was bland withextremely too much emphasis on peanut. I tasted it and concurred. The reason I only gave three stars was for two reasons. One,one of the old fashioneds that I ordered had a major chip on the edge of the glass. I only noticed after I had taken a sip ortwo. I felt it with my finger and it was definitely sharp enough to cut flesh. I notified the server who apologized and broughtanother one. Two, other people in our party noticed snarky remarks throughout the evening from our server. I didn't notice them,but I trust these people. Back to the chipped glass. I'm not saying I deserved anything for being handed a glass that could havecut me. However, not one single thing was offered other than a replacement. The manager never made it to the table to talk aboutthe incident. Actually, never noticed a manager walking around and interacting with patrons at all. Seems odd for a Friday nightor is it just me? Yesterday after a very long time my service here finally was amazing!!! Although I felt like we were all sitting in one part of... the restaurant because one side was closed in terms of servers not being there it would it was still not bad. Our food came outperfect and our server Gabriella it was amazing super alternative and helpful and always made sure that our drinks forconstantly filled! This location was such a delight - my waitress, Daniela, was incredibly kind, bubbly and quick. The food was amazingly hot,... plentiful and flavorful, and definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to. Daniela made the experience amazing. Will beback next time I’m in Tampa! Read more
We made reservations and when we showed up, a few minutes later our tabel was ready. Our server was Elis, and she really made... our outing extra special. She helped us with food recommendations and was very gracious. All restaurants should have severalElis' on their staff! She even took the extra step to help us celebrate my mother's birthday. We are a family of 4, went for the first time to dine in, our experience was better than we expected for a Chinese restaurant.... We have 2 kids that were amazed with the food. The food is tasty and fresh, the attention in general was on point, our waitresstake good care of us. The atmosphere there is relax and clean. Overall we had a great time with good food. This was the first time my wife and visited this restaurant. Let me tell you the experience was amazing. It all started with... the young man that was our waiter and bartender Gabriel. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. He suggested a meal for mywife to have and she just loved it. It’s very rare that service is genuine and authentic. I must say, my family and I went to PF Chang’s expecting a great meal... and good service. But we ended up having a fantastic meal and amazing service! There’s nothing better than to go out to eatwith my family, other than going out to eat with my family AND enjoy the company of our server/waiter - Jonathan. We will beback more often and can now come with even more expectations of how the evening will go. Read more
