Poor customer service . I placed my order, and the incompetent cashier was more concerned with getting my phone number right... then getting me on my way with my order. She literally took five minutes telling me that the phone number I gave her shows nocustomer found. I said I don?t care I just want to order my breakfast, and she continued to ask me the same stupid question overand over while her worthless manager walked up and down behind her not paying attention to anything. Stopped coming here for a number of reasons. The lobby and outdoor seating areas were often dirty. My order was incorrect on... more than one occasion. They also have a habit of putting romaine lettuce heads in your salad, the hard base of the lettucehead. The first time I got this, I figured it was an oversight but it happened a few times so far.....someone must be trying tosave money. What I am missing about this place? From what I heard, they're OK. So, are they selective? I mean, I go in, I'm third in line,... no one welcomes me. They are not busy but they are super slow. No one says, we'll be right with you or sorry for the wait. Theirmenu items on the board were few and I really couldn't tell from their names what the item was... 15 minutes waiting and theywere still with the same customer as when I walked in. I left. This panera bread location is run like a non-brand cafeteria with flaws in many business aspects. My order was incorrectly... served, prices are extremely high, custmer service is somewhat rude, and the wuality of products is low (chewy bread, cheapcheese). I was having trouble with the card reader not working. the lady in the cash register ignored me twice when asked forhelp. I had to fetch an employee by name to be able to pay for my order. Overall, the service was almost okay and the food was overpriced. The employees seemed more interested in chit-chat than... working. They were very disengaged and didn't even call out the order names while we were standing there (they didn't havepagers when we went). The store is very much not busy, yet there's a long line. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars, butthe wait made it 2 stars. Wasted 10m because the employees didn't even put a name on our bag. Loved this panera. Small outdoor seating with massive indoor dining. The interior is really cozy and specious. Great vibe... nearby. This whole place is surrounded by restaurants,coffee shops,stores,sushi place etc. There's a EV charging station rightnext. So while your vehicle is charging this panera is probably the best place to have some foods. The staff as usual arefriendly and informed. Read more
Darwin is the best! He is quick, diligent, friendly, polite, and professional. He also greets everyone that comes in. He listens... to what my order is supposed to. A few days ago, I ordered a plain bagel. I ended up with an everything bagel. I placed anotherorder and I said a Large broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. The associate gave me broccoli cheddar soup. No wonder she asked mefor a bowl or a cup. I won't deduct the stars because a good review is better than a negative one. Darwin gives awesome andpositive vibes. I went to get a Cobb Salad for to go but little did I know I was getting 1/4 of a salad already tossed in dressing that looked... like rabbit food with soggy lettuce, no chicken and bacon. Over priced and bad service. Read more
